Best buffet at this price near Mumbai international airport

This place is located at sahara international airport road. The cuisine served fast food, salad and North indian. The lobby of hilton is very beautiful, this outlet is lower ground floor. The ambiance is very beautiful, specially the walls how well it is decorated. The staff is very helpful and the service is very fast, we would specially like to mention Abhishek, tejas, aditya, akash for such a quick.service. The menu has been designed by head chef Brijesh, definitely one of the best buffet in mumbai at this price range. Now talking about the food. We had taken a buffet from this place which had 4-5 options in salad from which my favourite pick was haree mong ka salad and pasta salad. In appetizers everything was on point, we loved chicken malai tikka, murg tikka, chicken chilli and in veg jalapenos nuggets and vegetable gular. As we were ao full we just had hakka noodles and dum ka murg, both were lip smacking, loved it. And finally the best thing was dessert, their were alot 7-8 options but as we were full, we just had chocolate mud cake, one of the best cakes i had in sometime This buffet is definitely worth it specially for the ambiance and price range, you get alot of options to choose from location 5/5 ambiance 5/5 food 5/5 service 5/5 over-all 5/5

Mexican food fest is amazing

Hilton hotel Mumbai P.s. The Review is based on an Invite Mexican Food Festival (28th Jan to 3rd Feb) Hilton Hotel Mumbai arranged a Mexican Food Festival where rrenowned Mexican chef Tania Tovar cooking few of the signature dishes of Mexico. You can enjoy the food of this festival from 28th jan to 3rd feb in the Brasserie Restaurant of Hilton Mumbai International Airport. Loved the food and the authenticity of the same. I hope all of you can enjoy this festival of Mexican food. Chef Tania was so informative when it comes to the Mexican food, the culture of Mexico and how both of them are interrelated, The brasserie restaurant of them is located on the back side of the hotel, they got AC section and open section too near to the pool side. Mexican buffet setup was set on the pool side area. There was a buffet set for magical Mexican cuisine by Chef Tania. The menu which was crafted had soups, starters and even main courses. The best part what I liked was that it was really authentic traditional food. Chef Tania was kind to explain us few of the dishes which are popular in Mexico and even then, cultural background to the cuisine of Mexico. She was present right there to cook for us. We tried Shrimp soft shell tacos which were really delicious. Mix of shrimps which was made with tomatoes, coriander and onions tossed in butter and then finished with cheese. On the other side chef dry seared the tortilla wraps for soft shell tacos and then a little spread of chipotle sauce, then topped with the cheesy mix of shrimps. It was garnished well with coriander sprig and radish. Such a smooth feel to the palate. Flavour of shrimp was enhancing due to the butter she added. Seafood broth soup is something what I enjoyed, really different taste and new to me. Beet aguachile was made with beet, little spicy but loved the balancing of the flavours. Chicken hard shell tacos were good too. The mix of it was tossed in juliennes of chicken, onions and tomatoes. Lamb Tamales was our main course. As chef Tania explained us that this dish is very popular in Mexico especially in charismas days. It was made with lamb mince, corn flour which as cooked in a banana leaf and some beans were served on the side. Something new I got to know culinary wise and cultural side too. I feel this kind of food festivals gives us lot of culinary and cultural information of the particular region of the world. Loved the concept of the food festival and hope lot of these kind of events can be experienced.

I visited this majestic outlet at the Hilton near the international airport last Saturday by myself in anticipation of a luxurious dining experience that was combined with a top notch healthy and safety factor. The outdoor garden gives you a Victorian and classic French vibe apart from world class service with a smile and the music was soothing and relaxing to my ears !!! I relished their Apple cinnamon tea which contains special immunity boosters, what I loved is that this drink is served devoid of sugar and artificial flavours and sweeteners. The Panko crusted grilled chicken with mushroom jus was to die for considering it was perfectly cooked on the outside without compromising on the perfect seasoning and being juicy and tender inside. The Blueberry Cheesecake had a cherubic creamy flavour which was complemented beautifully by the tangy blueberry topping, they aced the biscuit base by not making it too thick!!! I am still in awe of the breathtaking Victorian theme complete with imported french crystal chandeliers which greet you upon entering the property. Feels no less than a modern day minimalist version of the Palais Du Versailles ❤️❤️❤️

The BRASSERIE as the name suggests is a beautiful restaurant located in hilton, andheri in Mumbai. We were here on a Friday afternoon for brunch. The place is huge. The moment we stepped in, we were amazed by the ambience. The decor is a treat to the eyes. A variety of cuisine were offered to choose from and to be very honest, one would be confused as in where to start from😅 We started with Chicken soup followed by focaccia bread and Salads which was sooo delicious👌 followed by Asian food from fish to Noodles to saffron rice to flat noodles... full of options to choose from... And yes, the place is a delight for veggies & non vegetarians too. Lots of options available for vegetarians👍 Desserts is the best part.. served with gulab jamun, cheese cake,Ice cream, strawberry cream and much more... They also serve you with exotic fruits.. to name a few, melon, grapes, fig and so on. Cost per head of buffet is around Rs. 1700/- per head. A little pricey but worth every penny😁 The staff was very polite and friendly✔ Special mention to Abhishek ,Tejas thakur,Akash Aditya who took special care of our table. Manager Mr ajmad shaikh was very helpful with suggestions. Chef brijesh served us amazing paneer & chicken tikka loved both of them Excellent Service✔ Wonderful ambience✔ Value for money✔ The variety and spread immediately impresses you and so does the presentation of food. An exquisite experience be the first thought to strike any mind when you dining at one of the internationally renowned hotel's property located in the country's best city Mumbai at the outlet which is located very close to airport making it all the more convenient for even travellers to stop to treat their taste buds with some Indian flavors. I visited with a bunch of friends for their buffet meal which is decently priced and does somewhat justice to the offerings. To begin with, they ensure guest safety during this pandemic era by checking your health status on your arogya sethu app followed by handsfree sanitization that are placed after every few steps. The French themed interiors giving you a feel that you have landed in some hotel in Paris. The vibe was quite positive that could be felt with the nice gestures and welcoming staff. We were given comfortable table by Iba and Abhishek were to be helping us relish the best of food options tonight. Since we were here for buffet we had a wide range of menu already available which had 3 different soups, 3 non veg starters and 3 veg starters and a good range of mains. Chef Brijesh was really nice to us and sent us some items out of the box like chicken Malai tikka which was marinated and crisp to it's awesome with flavors we enjoyed along with a panner sholay which had real soft biggg panner (cottage cheese) with grilled capsicum and tomatoes. This was one of the best dish from the night. Cheese potato fingers, veg seek kebab, chicken salt n pepper, basa koliwada fry and chicken kebab were from starters served in a different area under this buffet. Mains had a combination of modern Indian and oriental food. Although the chef n team were kind to accept special requests that I could see for other guests. Desserts were pretty good too giving you too many options like 2 different flavored ice cream, gulab jamun, carrot cake, watermelon pastry which I tried for first time, barfi from Indian sweets, etc. The overall experience was pretty nice and I shall consider coming back to this property for a meal someday soon.

This review is based on an invitation from Brasserie to join them in the celebration of the Mexican food festival which is currently going on there and mainly to get to understand the base methods of Mexican cooking. We are truly honoured to get an opportunity to meet chef Tania Tovar who is here especially from Mexico to give us a deeper understanding and knowledge of day to day Mexican delights. Generally for us indian, Mexican means Tacos, nachos and enchiladas but there is so much more to this cuisine which we were introduced to this week. The base start was with some lovely cocktails and tequila shots and later followed by the most popular beer brand of mexico. This was then lead to trying some of the most delectable dishes like Mole, tamales. Burritos, cheese peneques etc. what we tried is nowhere compared to our past experiences and this was so new to our palates. There was a bean salad and even fried beans with sour cream which was nice. We loved the green tomato salsa with the peneques and also there was a chocolate and tomato flavoured mole which was amazing. The quesadilla with cottage cheese filling was such a beautiful fusion of Indian and Mexican and we loved it. This cuisine uses a lot of jalapeños, onions, tomatoes, garlic, beans and peppers. We Indians too use the same ingredients in our base food so there is a lot of similarities in our cuisine the only difference being the spices we use. Chef Tania is a lovely lady and is an excellent host. She went to each table and made all the guests try her unique dishes. We saw her giving us Indianised touch to her cuisine so that we can get comfortable with the flavours. Her stay in Hilton is for this festival so I would surely recommend all to visit this fest once and not just get to try some food but also meet lovely people like her.

‘The Brasserie’ is one of the many restaurants at The Hilton which is located near the International Airport. Now we were served by Abhishek, Tejas, Akash and Aditya. Also the chef who served us was Mr. Brijesh. The names are given because I fell in love with their hospitality. The staff is also very well known about their servings. They serve cuisines like North Indian, fast food and salad. One very important thing is that the restaurant and the hotel is taking all the necessary precautions for Covid. We had gone for a buffet over the weekend. The ambience of the place is outrageous. The have a wide range of options in every particular part of the meal whether it be salads, appetisers, main course or dessert. The variety is the specialty of their buffet, of course the taste is also the other speciality. We had tried:- melon with grape in chilli mint dressing in salad section, in soup we had tried chicken soup. In appetizers we got the murg malai tikka, chicken chilli both were very delicious then in mains fish curry and we had ordered beer as well and finally the best was dessert, we loved chocolate mud cake. So we highly recommend this buffet, this is near to mumbai international airport and worth evert bit of it

The Brasserie located inside the Hilton Hotel serves an Unlimited Buffet at a very reasonable cost. They have more than 40+ Different types of Dishes, with a live kitchen being visible. It’s always a treat for food lovers to visit this place. Service and quality were superb. The staff were very attentive along with their top-notch service. Best to visit this place with friends and family. In Starters Paneer Tikki, Vegetable Won Ton, Vegetable Till Wali Seekh, Chicken Malai Tikka, Chicken Supreme, Lal Mirch Fish Tikka In Mains Hakka Noodles, Stir Fry Veggies in Oyster Sauce, Baked Spinach & Corn, Mirch ka Salan, Aloo Capsicum, Panner Saagwala, Subz Miloni, Dal Pancharatna, Steamed Rice, Vegetable Pulao, Kerela Fish Curry, Chicken in Schezwan Sauce, Fish in Oyster Sauce, Chicken Chettinad & Murg Dum Biryani In Desserts, Kalla Jamun, Moong Dal Halwa, Angoori Rabdi, Rose Mousse Cake, Ras ka Dum, Mango Barfi, Basil Panacotta, Cheesecake, Chocolate Pastry, Vanilla & Chocolate Ice Cream Overall it was truly a worth visiting this place and enjoying the unlimited Buffet. It's an experience” With a warm charm, antiques and dark woods, the sophisticated and cozy restaurant at the Hilton Mumbai International Airport is the ideal place to spend a relaxed evening, this intimate place invites you to kick-back and unwind after a long day with your favorite cocktails & drinks. I visited this place to experience the buffet. When you walk down the stares to the Brasserie you will experience a vibe that is so welcoming and easy. Seeing happy and smiling faces all around surely makes a dinning experience ten folds better. To be honest I have rarely liked food which is served in 5 star hotels as the serve food which has an European feel in our indian cuisine. The spices are not that spicy. But Hilton. Hilton keeps the authenticity to the point. If the place is serving the best food in the world but their staff Is not upto the mark then the meal and experience is never that good. But Hilton staff is on point. The restaurant manager Mr Balkrishna specially took care of my table and made it sure my experience was perfect. the servers, Shalini, Shrivali, Viren, Ashwita, Omastha,Harendra, Siddhi were always there to help me with whatever I need and always had a smile bright smile on the face. Even small small things really makes you feel comfortable and makes your experience worth talking about and worth Recommending to everyone you know. Great Ambiance Good Food Options

Visited The Brasserie located at Hilton International airport for buffet lunch. The place is grand and definitely picturesque with high ceiling and chandeliers; definitely sets the ambiance & mood perfectly. The buffet spread has a wide range to choose from! Appetizers Included the below: Murgh Tikka Calamari Rings Vegetable Kebab Seekh Paneer Chilli Good Options for Main Course : Veg Hakka Noodles Mixed Veg Sabz Kolhapuri Chicken Malwani Fish Curry Chicken Hunan Steamed rice & freshly made roti/naan to go along with the above delicacies. For Dessert there was a wide range to choose from : Chocolate Walnut Brownie Angoori Rabdi Coconut Cheesecake Baked Yoghurt Mango Barfi Definitely worth the price considering the location and they have a full-fledged bar as well.

Hilton, The Brasserie. In the vicinity of the Mumbai international airport. Quite an outstanding place in terms of everything. A great place indeed if you are looking for something in terms of bufffet. Dropped in by few days back along with my family and the experience was royal. A lot of options were available and cuisines such as North Indian & Italian were in abundance. I would highly recommend their salads which I absolutely loved, the zucchini in particular. I recall having the most amazing Chicken Malai Tikka & Stuffed Mushroom. Absolutely good and such an amazing quantity. Had a great balance in the number of veg and nonveg options. I recall having the steamed fish, red sauce chicken pasts and Tom yum soup which remain to by my favourite. Mainly a great buffet with delicious food. The dessert options were limited but did a great job of being a perfect meal finisher. The Khajoor Roll, Jalebi & Brownies remain to be my most favourite. Now coming to the service, there was no delay or any lag whatsoever. It was on time. They asked for our food preferences, recommended few dishes and made it all an overall great experience. Great job by the team, especially Natasha & Abhishek. Will visit soon with my friends and family.

Brasserie is a north indian cuisine restaurant in Hilton near the international airport. Opted for their buffet dinner. They offer wide variety in salads, starters, main course and even dessert. For salads I tried kimchi, vegetable tossed salad with tofu and watermelon feta salad. Refreshments were pinapple mint cooler and rose shooter. Really liked their pinapple mint cooler, would recommend. For starters they offered mutton seekh kebabs, grilled paneer, paneer tikka, malai murgh tikka and fish chilli. I'd highly recommended trying their mutton seekh kebabs and fish chilli. I was almost full after the starters but still tried a little from the main course. Butter chicken with garlic naan was a heavenly combination. Options in desserts included strawberry vanilla duet, chocolate mille feuille, malpua, rasgulla, mango berfi and apple strudel.

Hilton- International This hotel is situated right beside airport took some time to reach here because the address given on zomato is not proper. It is newly opened so many people don’t know about this hidden gem. They have luxurious Ambiance that will defintely grab your attention. The staff here is very humble the hospitality was upto to the mark. I went here for a buffet dinner with my father and I must say this place is made for everyone. You can take your parents, friends, Someone special as well. The food was kept beautifully on buffet counter and it was kept hot for everyone as they placed induction under the food vessel. Liked that idea. The food was delicious and yumm! What you will get in buffet is : Starters Maincourse Dessert Salad Breads.

Amazing place

Paid a visit to Hilton, known for its awesome stay and hospitality. We went to their restaurant through the magical stairs as i call it. The whole place has a quiet pretty vibe, perfect for a nice dinner out. The music played in background was amazing as well. In food (their best part) We tried Aloo mutter Corn ki seekh, a lil crunchy on out and soft on the inside it was pleasantly good Then we had Vegetable kasundi fish tikka Which was basically soft nice peices of paneer, went amazingly with the green chutney served along with it In non veg, we went for barbeque chicken, every piece was so tender and juicy, flavoursome in every bite i had. In main course We ordered vegetable halka noodles and Thai green curry, the noodles were awesome, simply cooked and as usual tasted good, Thai curry as always a little on the sweeter side was given with healthy veggies such as peppers and brocolli. Through our meal we enjoyed ourselves with their drinks which were Pina colada cocktail and virgin Pina colada, the very best kind With butter naan in indian cuisine we had murgh kadhai, satisfying in every bite. Ended the meal with their cute desserts, in which they had mud cake and vanilla cheese cake both giving a perfect conclusion to our meal
