Restaurant Kruna is one of the most recommended places in Vrnjacka banja. Interior is interesting with pieces of old furniture and with old photographs on the walls. We have visited it in June. We ordered mushroom soup, fish soup and trout with grilled vegetables and garlic. The food was very tasty. Especially, mushroom soup. We had baklava for dessert. It was very nice, too. There is not so much space in the garden. It would be nice if it could be more spacious.

Not worthy of coming back

We came here to have lunch and some dessert afterwards. We ordered some mushroom soup, vitamine salad and corn bread rolls. The soup was ok, although some nice spices would add the originality to it. They didn't have lamb which we wanted to try, so the waitress recommended the veal instead. It was average, soft but with some chewy parts. For the dessert, we chose pancakes in chateau. Mamma mia, those were the worst ever! 'Wine chateau' consisted of lots of whipped cream and a hint of wine, while the pancakes were filled with white sugar (?!) and some traces of nuts (not sure). The prices are definitely high for such an average display and it is not even the tourist season. The service could have been more polite, but in Serbia we obvioisly need to get used to 'averageness' of it all. This restaurant DOES NOT deserve the highest marks.

Food is OK but service is slooooooow !

Portions are vast, fresh ingredients, side dishes & decoration should be more imaginative. It is not a first time that service was so slow even though restaurant was almost empty. WHY????

Really under the standard

I don't believe the reviews I've read about this place. We were in the garden, evwrything was filthy (windows weren't cleared in a long time), all looked a bit shabby, food was micro waved (lamb under the "sač") and greasy, veal soup was the most horrid thing I ate ever. The bread was fine, especially thw corn one. Prices are par Belgrade standard, two 2 course meals 33 eur, without wine or alcohol

Quite unfriendly place

We booked for dinner for 10 people . Upon arrival we were waited for a while and no one came to talk to us . When finally waiter came , it is difficult to explain how rude he was . He offered and table and when we asked if it was posible to get a different table he just old us “ You sit hete or just leave “ Very bad experience, we want recommend this place to anyone

Never been disappointed

For our visit to Kraljevo, this restaurant is a MUST when we want to have excellent food in nice surroundings. The garden is very nice arranged, and totally rainproofed . The service friendly and perfect and prices are low compared to Beograd. See you next time 👌

Great food

My wife and I had lunch here while visiting Vrnjacka Banja. This place was recommended to me by my family who actually visited this restaurant fifteen years ago. The restaurant itself is really nice. We ordered a fish and calamari. Both dishes came fast, served on a very nice bedding of spinach and potatoes. Next, to that, we ordered a traditional Serbian mixed salad which was very fresh and good. House wine was amazing. Because we visited during the fasting period and my wife really wanted dessert, the waitress told us that they will come up with something. They prepared fruit salad with honey and nuts and my wife enjoyed it a lot. Special thanks go to waitress Marija for being a great host. To sum everything up, this is a really nice restaurant with great food and great hosts. We will definitely come back again.
