After having visited the Lipa Cave out of season, we stopped to see if it were opened which it were. Very historic Restaurant with a wonderful view. We came when it rained, but can imagine how it will be during a sunny day. The service was really good, and professional and the waiter did, in comparation to many other in Montenegro, master to wear his face mask correctly:) The food was tasty and there were plenty to all. Their house speciality would have been plenty to 4 and we brought the rest with us for the evening. So

The views are fantastic. On a hot day, the breeze was delightful. Looks like it could have been a scene from Napa Valley. The waitstaff was very attentive. The waiter recommended the house specialty, slow cooked lamb. It was, simply, divine. I mean Perfect! The potatoes had a Smokey taste that was great. Lots of history and well worth the trip to eat here.

We spotted this restaurant on our way to the Lipa Caves and called back in for lunch afterwards.
This is a very traditional feeling restaurant and we were made to feel very welcome.
I really enjoyed the sausages but the highlight for me was the cherry pancakes that we shared and they kindly served on two plates.

We drove by this restaurant when we where driving to camp oasis. We decided to have dinner here because of the spectaculair view, but the food was just as good. We ate the recommendation of the house, which was the lamb and the veal slowly cooked in the pot, and this tasted amazing! The home made wine really accompanied the flavours of the food so was also a good choice. We would come definately come back here!!!

We came with a group of 7 persons. The view is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The menu is very big and even though their specialty is meat and fish, they even had a very good vegan plate on the menu for our vegan friend. And that all for almost the same price you’d get a cappuccino for in Amsterdam… overall, thanks for the great evening.

The highest quality of food you can find in Cetinje. Warm and promp service, stunning view and smazing traditional dishes. If you are not vegeterian (wich I am :) ) don’t miss to try roasted lamb or beef with home-made potatos and kajmak (sour cream type of spread).
Red pepper with garlic on salad is must (it’s seasonal, so you can find it in august, september and october).
The restaurant is family run, so everything is 100% home made, fresh and local produced.
Small tip - It’s a bit windy, so don’t foret to wear something warm.

The location along the hill makes for a lovely view. I liked the music (instrumental and laid back) and the food was wonderful. Tasty lamb with potatoes and amazing grilled vegetables are highly recommended.

This restaurant has superb views over the valley and countryside below.
Spacious tables are set under cover, providing a lovely setting.
However the waiter was a little rude when we only ordered water and no alcohol. He didn’t seem impressed by the amount of food ordered by our party of 7!
My chicken kebabs were not very nice, I’m being polite because the menu did say rolled chicken. It was very rubbery!
The rest of the party seemed fine with their soups and lamb dishes.
When the time came to pay the bill the elderly waiter wouldn’t proceed until he had received and reviewed his tip. Very unreasonable!

Came here with friends on recommendation. Ordered soup, roast lamb (tasty, but mainly bones, and not much meat), and chicken sashlyk (this was processed rubbery chicken wrapped in bacon). Our older waiter was quite abrupt and miserable, not attentive nor professional nor welcoming, tried to persuade us to order more food options even though we didn't want them. At the end of the meal he was expecting a tip and was watching us while we counted coins and would not go away until he got his tip.

Lovely restaurant just outside of Cetinje. Large terras overlooking the mountains with a gentle breeze. Had lunch here and the food was great and well priced (squid and kebabs). Ended up paying just less than 25 euros for two main courses and 5 drinks - best quality / price ratio we’ve had in Montenegro.
Also has a high chair and playground for kids.

What to say ! Amazing restaurant! By day, the view is magnificent. It is located on the road leading to the caves and 10 minutes by car from the center of Cetinjé.
We went there for dinner two evenings in a row but the 2nd evening we only had starters because the portions were gigantic! The meat is very good, the potatoes delicious and soft. River fish are also very good! The ridiculous prices compared to the quality and quantity! As for reception, we had a very friendly waiter the first evening, the next day the one on duty was actually colder.
In any case, we recommend this restaurant!

The Belveder doesn't really need any more 5 star reviews, but here goes. I was one of a party of 10 staying in Kotor and on a rather miserable day we decided on a trip to Cetinje to look at the museums and galleries. We arranged to meet for lunch at the Belveder, which was tagged as 'vegan friendly' online. We stupidly didn't think that Cetinje, being high up, might actually be in the clouds. So I've no idea how bel the veder is as we couldn't see a thing. I imagine it's lovely on a clear day. We arrived frazzled, and initially the appearance of the place is quite strange. But the staff were great, put us on a big table in spite of it apparently being reserved, fetched a high chair and brought lots of food. The 'vegan plate' doesn't sound that enticing but it was lovely - grilled veg, foul madame type beans, rice, chips. The fish eaters had a great time and the one carnivore nearly died laughing when he saw the size of the mixed grill. And it's cheap. I think we got lucky - by the time we left the place was heaving and people were eating outside in the rain. So in the summer I would book.

If you want delicious food with a nice view then come to Belveder! You won’t be disappointed. Big portion size and tasty. I would recommend “piletina sa pečurkama” or “mijesano meso” you can definitely share that one with 2 people.
Fast service and beautiful staff too :)
Would come here again.

Me and my wife were on our honeymoon and visited the city of Cetinje near by and came by recommendation to this restaurant. the view and place were great. the service was fast, courteous and impecable. the food they suggested was exquisite and the have us free desert and a beautiful souvenir. and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend visiting this place.

Didn't love this place, it was the first restaurant we ate at in Montenegro. We ate a mixed grill of a kind of cachopo without batter, and different types of very delicious seasoned meats. Totally recommended.
