This was my first time at a Chipotle. I ordered a burrito with the Carne Asada. It was pretty good, very flavorful and spicy. The chips, however were stale and very salty . The queso blanco was also good. The staff were nice, and service was quick. The tables and chairs were not clean, however. It is also fairly expensive, can be up to $15 for one person with drinks and chips. Overall, I would go back, but would not order the chips.

Bad time for Austin

We love to go to Chipotle back home, so we will often stop in if we just want something quick while we're traveling. The entire Austin area was experiencing flooding issued which affected their water company's ability to provide safe, filtered water. All tap water was required to be boiled before consuming. Chipotle's solution was to omit lettuce from their available ingredients so that they wouldn't have to boil the water, and then cool it, to wash the lettuce. I'm not sure how they washed anything else, though. We had a Steak Burrito Bowl and a Steak Burrito with guac and drank from the water bottles we brought in. The steak was tougher and more well done than we get at home, which seems to be the case in a lot of out-of-town Chipotles these days. Maybe our home store is the last remaining to cook it medium. The servers were friendly and even engaged in conversation without holding up the line, which is a nice touch. One agreed that with the new Chorizo we should be given the option of a "chicken/chorizo" combination without having to double the meat. In fact, I think Chipotle should consider a split-meat choice for their menu that allows for half-servings of two meats. This would expand their menu options exponentially without even having to make more food.

This place has taken a major setback because of the National Issues. Not sure what is going on, but proceed with caution. I tried their special and ended up spending more money than normal. The special is not really a special after all, just a way to make more money. A great concept and company seems to be tarnished beyond repair.

Great service, I hugely appreciated that they were willing to get me guacamole from the back (I have a dairy allergy and sometimes cheese falls into the guac at the front of the store). My bowl was full to the brim and very tasty. I would definitely come back to this Chipotle location.

Wilted Lettuce and VERY small protein portions

I stopped by for a salad bowl. The salad greens were brown and wilted. When I got to the protein, I noticed that I was given a smaller amount of meat than rice and beans. I asked for a little more. And this is when I was asked if I wanted double meat. For me to purchase double meat, it was the amount of one serving. I asked for a manager. The manager came out with a solution and never asked what my issue was. He then explained again and asked if I understood and what was given to me at this point was acceptable. I told him you are correct and WALKED OUT. The Chipotle CFO stated that they will never reduce portion sizes to save money. However, this lady was given out less than a spoon size of protein and then tried to charge twice the amount.

Horrible. I have never gone to a place and you interact with three different individuals and they all were terrible at customer service. The first person did not give enough food. I kept asking for more on each item. After the second time, I would think he would up his game. The third guy followed the same skimpy practice. I kept asking and finally just gave up asking for more. The cashier was rude as hell. I asked for a fork and she gave me the evil eye. She was not friendly and should work in a different part of the store not dealing with customers with her attitude. This location has always had terrible service, but today top them all.

Worst food ever

I ordered through DoorDash, my food was cold. The chicken was as tough as shoe leather. The cheese was practically nonexistent in the quesadilla, and it was completely over cooked. Nothing tasted good.

Horrible customer service

I had a horrible experience today from an order at the location in Austin, TX at 11301 Lakeline blvd. I ordered a chicken Burrito and was told that there was no more lettuce or corn available to put in the burrito. I was like ok, just adjust the bill with a small discount because why would I pay full price of something without the ingredients of what I paid for? The clerk refused me. I then asked to speak to the manager and a young girl named Taylor came over. I know she was not the manager and looked all annoyed the she had to come to the counter to talk to me. She then proceeded to laugh at me in front of everyone and stated that nothing could be done after I explained to her the situation and got annoyed myself at her reaction. I said think about it for a minute, it’s like asking me to pay for a pizza with everything on it and not get what I paid for as you didn’t include the missed items. She then laughed at me again and simply walked away and dismissed me. She said there is nothing that can be done and I said yes there is you can “adjust” the bill. She said no I can’t do that. I said back to her yes you can you just don’t want to. She said if she did it for me, she would have to do that for everyone. I said I don’t care about everyone as I am the one bringing this up and the only one speaking up apparently as this is not right. I told her she was a sorry excuse for a manager and I would be reporting this to corporate and the district manager. If I owned the restaurant and she treated a customer this way I would have fired her on the spot. I will never go to this location again and they are directly harming the Chipotle brand by this type of behavior and lack of professionalism

Consistently Good Food

We ordered to go bowls from this Chipotle and enjoyed yet another satisfying dinner at home. I like Chipotle because you can get exactly the meal you want with many different choices. My favorite is a bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, black beans, barbacoa and topped off with several salsas, sour cream and lots of lettuce. I have had very good luck with Chipotle, especially this location and the food has been good each time I visit.

This visit was horrible. They were making the wrong orders. They did not listen to what people were saying. They were rude. They were adding charges that were unexplainable. This was awful.

Needs some oversight

This is a chain restaurant that needs some management oversight. We stopped here for lunch, and while there were several employees working, the service was slow and the dining room was a wreck. We ate lunch about 1:30, so the lunch rush was well over. The employees had no sense of urgency and no one had given any thought to sweeping the floor or wiping down tables. Some proper training and higher expectations for employees as to appropriate customer service would go a long way. Yes, I know this is a low paying job, but if you are going to sign on to do it, then it should be done well. Disappointed.

I love very close to this location so I visit frequently. The service and quantity of food served has steadily gone downhill. Quality hasn't been an issue, but it seems as if the staff doesn't really want to help. They treat helping customers as if it is a chore.

Rice Bowl Creativity

Choose your rice, choose your proteins, choose the sauce, choose the veggies...the possibilities are endless. Using a baseball term, use your "change-up" to create new entrée options you haven't had before. For those of you with larger appetites, the rice bowl is BIG. I don't normally finish mine however if I'm going to share a bowl with my wife I have "extra meat" which is sufficient for two. The food is delicious and if you want spicy they can make it spicy with their sauces. If you don't like the spice but you are sharing just have them put the sauce in a side container like I do that way my non-spicy wife can enjoy her portion from the same rice bowl. I prefer the brown rice with pinto beans and steak. I have corn, cheese, lettuce, guacamole and sauce added to my bowl. Every single bite is robust and flavorful. the rice bowl is a lot of food so I only eat half then save the rest for snacking or second meal later in the day.

Rice Bowl is Delicious

I had the rice bowl with black beans, grilled chicken, cheese, corn and guacamole. It was very tasty. It was so good I went back the next day to get lunch for my daughter.
