Long Wait Opening Week - but worth it - love all the TV's

We really enjoyed our food, drinks, service and loved watching all the different sports on all the TV's. Looking forward to returning with friends to watch games and try all the different dishes. The bacon cheeseburger sticks will always be a must for us.

Wow, what a great restaurant. We had wings ,Buffalo chicken wrap, and a couple of draft beers. Spicy garlic wings were very good. We loved the Buffalo sauce on the wrap, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely return and want to try a few of the many sauces and dry runs they offer for the wings

Amazing Customer Service

I just wanted to complement our waiter for the evening. Caroline was very friendly, as well as, knowledgeable about the menu. Some of our party was a little too inquisitive about certain items on the menu and Caroline handled them with ease and showed great professionalism. We were all having a particularly rough day, but by the end of our experience, we all felt light hearted. I give that credit to her kindness, sense of humor, and presence. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

At least they have good draft beer

Ordered the Big Daddy Mac n Cheese burger and that was my first mistake. The burger came out overcooked and it did have a large portion of Mac and cheese, but it really was better eaten separately. The burger had no other condiments, not even mayo. I would have ordered something else but at that point the server disappeared and was gone for what seemed like forever, so I just ate the disappointing blah overcooked burger. There was a good selection of nicely priced draft beer. The server was absolutely horrible, sorry to say.

Very Loud! Terrible Food!

Very, very loud! The server we had was excellent but, the food was awful! The chicken was tough and over cooked. The onion rings were greasy. My husband and our friend both order chicken tenders and couldn’t eat them. I had the steak wrap it was just okay. Will not be going back.

Me and my coworkers went during lunch on a Saturday & Deb and Eden were fantastic ! They made sure our food came out in a timely manner and kept our drinks refilled , they are also very personal with each of their tables and talked to each and everyone of them like they had known them for years ! If you go here ask for Deb or Eden ! Also make sure to get the blue velvet cake it is absolutely delicious! Love this place !

Decent second option

Texas Roadhouse was packed so we ran across the street on our way back south from Knoxville. Wings were average. Nothing special but on par with Buffalo Wild Wings or hooters. The burger and fried corn were great. Chicken wrap was bland with no flavoring. What got us was the price. $75 pre tip for the burger wing Combo, wrap combo, kids meal, side of fried corn, and 4 drinks.

Old fashioned good service.

This visit was our first, and we were impressed! Meagan, our waitress, was the best! She was attentive throughout the meal, and was helpful from the descriptions of our potential orders to providing our takeout boxes. Meagan seemed to love her job. One of our party had a food allergy. The managers on duty visited our table TWICE to explain how the order would be prepared in order to ensure that there would be no problem. Lastly, our food was great. Large portions and as described on the menu.

Friday night dinner

We split the 20 piece boneless wings. The chunks of chicken were huge. The General Tso and Spicy Garlic flavors were great. We also had the fried mushrooms and sweet potato fries with caramel topped off the meal. Our waitress Lily was very friendly and made sure drinks were delivered on time and food was perfect.

I don’t often write reviews but this will be the exception. Let me rephrase, Lily, our server, was the exception. In the heart of the bustling restaurant, amidst the symphony of clinking glasses and murmured conversations, there stood Lily, a beacon of warmth and grace. Her smile, a gentle sunrise in the dimly lit room, her words a melody that danced in the air. Sweetness exuded from her every gesture, a touch of honey in the midst of savory delights. With a professionalism that whispered of mastery, she navigated the tables with effortless elegance. Her wit, a sprinkle of stardust in the evening sky, adding a sparkle to the diners' experience. Lily's very presence was a soft glow, casting a light that made every moment at the table feel luminous and special. TLDR: Good Food, Great service. Would recommend

Good but also a little disappointing.

We like this restaurant, however, I have one complaint. My husband & I both absolutely love onion rings. But, their onion rings have WAY too much pepper on them! I'm not a lover of pepper but my husband is, and even he said that they had way too much pepper on them. We couldn't finish them. They definitely need to lighten up with the pepper. Good old fashioned onion rings aren't covered with pepper.

Nope! Got sick.

Where to start. My wife and I ate there. We BOTH got sick. She had wings. I had a burger. This place is NOTHING like the Blue Moose in Pigeon Forge. My burger was only okay. Dry and had no flavor. The beef patty tasted like a previously frozen patty. The onion rings were definitely frozen. Bland. I never had a burger with so much on it without any flavor. The wings were just, well, weird. The waitress said they are broiled then fried. Not sure why you would do that. She said most people ask for them to be fried crisper. No kidding. Wife said the chicken tasted old. wasn't crisp and wasn't juicy. She said she never tasted wings like them before I know it was not just us. The lady next to us told the manger her salad was gross. The waitress was nice and the atmosphere is okay for an old Texas Roadhouse. Will NOT be returning.

Great place with great service and food!

TV Screens are literally all over the place. You can watch more than one game at a time. We came for the buffalo wings and they didn't disappoint us. We started with the Jalapeno poppers which are like fried pickles and a cup of white cheese. They really get you ready for some beer. We finished it off with their Blue Velvet Cake with white chocolate icing. It was a excellent. We will put this on our short list of regular spots.
