Ate here just a while ago with my husband. He seems to have liked it, but not for me. For a 90 pesos price, the ingredients are not sufficient. Too much garlic, chicharon, and a bit of chicken, and internal organs (not to my taste...More

We tried Netong's at the La Paz market for breakfast. The puto pairing is awesome!! The soup was a little too garlicky for my taste, but the husband prefers it (try Ted's for the less garlic taste). Still worth a try when you're in Iloilo....More

They say that Netongs is the ground zero of La Paz Batchoy. I think it is. But more than its legacy, the Batchoy it offers is a good one for tourists to consider. It has cheap local foods too. I think, though, its personnel need...More

Mouth watering original La Paz Batchoy!. Once you've tasted... there's no more going back to the instant to-go cups.

They do serve the most delicious and flavorful batchoy in Iloilo! Best to visit with an empty tummy! They just have too much delicious dishes to offer! Paired their goodies with cold coca cola! Heaven!

Finally!!! I tried an authentic batchoy for the first time in my life. It was really cool. Although to be honest I’m a ramen guy but I thought it was cool and for the price, worth it!!! Check that place guys!

Go to Lapaz Public Market if you want the authentic Netong’s Lapaz batchoy and not in the mall(Atria). Same is true with other 'original' lapaz batchoy... get yourself in the public market of Lapaz district... you are here in Iloilo City anyway... why settle for...More

Always a fab since UP Iloilo days .. After 36 years .. the city has been transformed but the bachoy is still as comforting and satisfying ... The puto ( rice cake )and Dinuguan( pigs blood ) tasty and just enough for a heavy merienda...More

I just went to the place out of curiosity. This place has been here since 1940's...located in the inner portion of the LA PAZ PUBLIC MARKET... No doubt the batchoy in this place is, perhaps, the best in Iloilo. Location wise, I would recommend visiting...More
