We went on trip advisors and saw this restaurant listed. It’s a bit away from downtown central but the google maps found it just fine. I had the shrimp ceviche and Greek salad which were great! The ceviche appetizer was filled with so many shrimp...I could not eat it all! My salad was so full of feta, cucumbers and tasty tomatoes. My husband had a medium pizza with ham and sausage, thin crust, thin sauce but good. 2 glasses of red wine and 2 beers it cost us 48:00 USMore

This restaurant has moved and opened a new location. All new. I was a pretty good fan until I took a good looking friend of mine to dinner this past evening. She got a nice salad and I waited for a personal chicken pizza. When...I say I waited I mean WAITED! After 30 minutes of waiting for my pizza, my lovely friend had finished her salad. That was fine. After all she was hungry too. Then my waitress appeared with a calzone. No, I wanted a chicken pizza. The answer was the cook made a mistake and you will have to continue waiting if you do not want the calzone instead. Really? Long story short. Really disappointed at the horrible service. Will I go back? Not sure.More

Pizza was cheese and extras put on after it was cooked. In my case it was soggy vegetables. The chicken and cheese calzone was barely warm in the center. $13 for pizza. $10 calzone. $5 for house wine

Pizza was good but spaghetti with white sauce and rotten shrimp was inedible. We politely let them know that there was a problem but they refused to recognize it and charged us for the $13 dish with a smile. I made it clear, politely, again,...in perfect Spanish, that we couldn't eat the food for fear of getting sick. They still refused. I love the pizza but will not be able to return in the future on principle of this treatment.More

This is definitely a safe choice for pizza in David- prices are steeper than I'd like, but the toppings are fresh and a medium is filling enough for a big guy if you order double thick crust. Clean store, friendly staff, we weren't waiting long...for our order despite us being a large group.More

Great pizza a bit pricie for the area but the quality of their products is really good. I recommed their spicy pizza "diabola". I go there with my family at least once a month.

The best thin crust pizza we've found in the area! The restaurant is clean with a nice atmosphere. We were seated immediately and provided with menus, albeit in Spanish. The menu is a bit confusing, with categories of pizza like Gourmet, Special, etc. that didn't...make a lot of sense to us. That being said, when the owner came to our table, he brought English menus and was very pleasant. We ordered a salad and a custom pizza, which was very reasonably priced and came with one drink. The wait staff brought plates so we could share the salad, and were very accommodating regarding any request we made. Overall, we very much enjoyed the meal and will definitely go back.More

If you like PIZZA, you will LOVE this place! There are so many varieties from which to choose that nearly everyone will find SOMETHING they like. The staff is very friendly and efficient, and the food is usually delivered to the table within minutes of...ordering! This is a great little place just off the Pan American highway, in the same shopping center where the big blue "sports" store is located! Give it a try! You'll be glad you did!More

I know how subjective Pizza is and making comments about what you think it the best can lead to a lot of heated discussions. I am going to stick my neck out anyway because I am sure, without a doubt that the guys at Verona...Pizzeria are making the best pizza in all of Panama, and maybe the best pizza south of New York. The crust is just right for thickness and crunchiness, cooking takes only a couple of minutes like a real pizza should, rich mozarella cheese and the sauce is incredible (and that really makes a pizza), to even putting basil on the Margarita, and sprinkling some olive oil on the pizza AFTER it comes out of the oven!! Three pizzas at my table were all served at the same time, no waiting while one person started to eat. They also serve great salads....... the taste is fresh meaning they buy daily or more often to have the freshest ingredients on hand. There are no shortcuts here. The place is spic and span clean, comfortable, lit brightly and I can't wait to have a chance to sample the other things on their menu. I expect everything is just as incredible! Verona's should be in a more visible location since it is such a great place to spend some time. I wish them the very best of luck and imagine they may become my personal friends as I like people with high integrity. #1 in my book. I hope you enjoy it as much (and if you have a different opinion, I respect that).More

Clean place first of all. Good quick service. They have a wide selection of pizzas and they have single pizzas for one person, which I like. Price was good and pizza was good. I will go back.
