"EL Molino" is a Panamanian food restaurant, where we combine traditional Panamanian dishes with our fabulous roast chicken, you cant leave without trying our fantastic sauces and our original "platanitos". Recommendations: juices of all flavors, "guacho de mariscos" and the dish of the day.

Can't say enough good about the high quality service & great fresh food. Very local and packed full of happy people. Fast and friendly service with great value $4 WOW

Came to this place based on recommendations. It is an open “restaurant”, with no walls and flies all around, not a very clean/sanitary place. Ordered the chicken that comes with a LOT of rice, beans, fried plantains, and a pasta salad with tuna. Did not want to drink the water as the pitcher didn’t look clean, so we ordered sodas. We were offered Ginger Ale as one of the options but they didn’t have it at the end, so we had apple soda. Chicken was ok and sauces they pour on top of it were tasty, however, the plate had way too much rice, and I was very concerned about the sauces being out in the warm weather, as it was the pasta salad with tuna and what seemed to be some mayonnaise… which I would think they could turn bad in no time if not refrigerated properly. Overall, if you don’t mind fighting the flies as you eat, no air conditioner, and no proper food refrigeration or handling, then you will be ok.
