Everything was excellent at Otto's. We live near Boquete so frequent there often. The food is fantastic, the drinks were perfect and the servers were way above a lot of of other servers in other restaurants in Boquete.

Honestly I wonder if I ate at the same restaurant as others who have rated this place,so highly. We were seated right away and received drinks pretty quickly. My husband’s drink was incorrect, but we didn’t complain. There was a huge table of people and...all of their kids were sat at a separate table. We were the lucky ones sat beside the kids, who were yelling and running around their table unsupervised. After receiving our drinks we waited an hour for our appetizer. When the food finally arrived, it was dreadful. The carbonara was a joke. The pasta dried out and bland. My husbands chicken parm was mediocre. The meatballs we ordered as appetizer were actually pretty good. All in all a terrible dining experience.More

Stopped here on the recommendation of a local resident and it was great. We started with the Crema de Hongo (cream of mushroom soup) and it was wonderful, by far the best I've had anywhere. I would go just for this soup!!! I had the...Otto Salad which was full of fresh ingredients and so yummy. My husband had the Pollo Parmigiana (Chicken Parm) with a side of spaghetti with pesto. It was also very good, the prices here a super reasonable (our total came to $19 for all of the above mentioned). Service was also very good and if you are in the area this is certainly a place to check out.More

Delicious food, amazing sangria! Lots of choice on the menu for a light bite or a hearty meal. Try the Otto salad, it was exactly what I needed, all ingredients are fresh & well seasoned

Fantastic food. The pasta dishes were excellent. All the sauces had homemade taste. For those of you that follow me, you know I travel around the world. I can tell you that this is some of the best Italian food I have had. Portions are...not too large, prices are reasonable. Ambience is ok. People are polite. Definitely try the arabiatta sauce - fantastic! The vegetable lasagna is authentic and the vegetables are well done and taste great. Extremely friendly for a vegetarian. Overall great place.More

We had a great experience. There was a fun large crowd wrapping up their dinner and the staff couldn't be more accommodating to us while we waited for the tables to be cleared. Prompt service and the food was delicious! We even topped off dinner...with Gelato & purchasing a bottle of the passion fruit liqueur. My wife and I were looking for a place to have dinner in Boquete and ran across Otto's. It proved to be a fortuitous discovery. We were hungry and had a salad and lasagna. Both our meals were excellent. The service was quick and friendly...and then it was topped off with a free after-dinner shot of a Panamanian liqueur. The price for our meals was very reasonable and we both like the simple but stylish design of the restaurant. We will definitely come back here again!More

Excellent restaurant for lunch or dinner. We had the minestrone soup for lunch and it was delicious. Pastas and salads were also very good. They have outdoor seating and the service from our waitress was very professional.

The Alfredo was so good here we went back twice! Generous servings for $8! It was a big hit with our kiddos, and the lasagna looked great too.

We have been here A few times since we live near Boquete! Everything on the menu is fantastic and the service is beyond most restaurants in Panamá.

We had patinas and sangria..both were excellent! We ordered cold meats and salad, with veggie lasagne and bread to take home for dinner...everything was amazing. Love the modern, comfortable ambience of the Cafe. Staff are pleasant and attentive. Highly recommend!
