My family decided to take the chocolate tour to better understand the Panama chocolate process. Our teacher/guide, Christina, was amazing. Her knowledge of the process and patience in answering all of our questions was great. Not only did we learn, we got to make our...own chocolate bars. I truly don’t know how any other coffee shop within 10 miles stays open. This place is sooo luxurious. Ambiance is delightful (wifi works great if you want to get some work done), upstairs lounge with big wrap around balcony and quaint chairs to enjoy...the hustle and bustle of boquete. I’ve been here three times in a week and I’ve gotten the chocolate fondant twice, the lemon pie, a latte, and a hot chocolate (complete with decadent chocolate spoon). The hot chocolate is by far and away the best I have ever had in my life. They desserts and coffee are gorgeous. Everything is made in house and the service is so genuine and accommodating. Every-time I’ve come I’ve gotten some kind of free sample, be it coffee or chocolate or hot chocolate. I could grow old and fat on this balcony drinking coffee and hot chocolate and eating desserts. Make sure you put it on your Boquete “To Do List.”More
The class itself is amazing. The instructor was wonderful and making your own chocolate bars was a great experience. My issue was with the scheduling. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, attempt to schedule this class unless you are present in Boquete and can pay...for half the class price in person. I tried to book on WhatsApp, was told I needed to pay for half the clas, and when I asked which method they preferred they told me I could pay on the day of the class. That was not honored, and I was bumped from my spot. I wouldn’t have minded changing the time slot but the person who I showed my entire WhatsApp conversation to told me it was my fault for not demanding to pay over WhatsApp, which is insane. They were fairly rude about it and said it wasn’t their fault at all, even though I had literal proof that I was told I could pay day off. Tl;dr do not rely on any verbal agreements with this place. Wait until you get there to book.More
We heard about The Perfect Pair from YouTube and had to stop while we were in Boquete. We had the chocolate and not the coffee during this visit. I wouldn't say that it was the best chocolate that I've ever had, but in the top...20%. The prices were reasonable for custom small batch chocolate. The setting is wonderful and I would suggest that you take your coffee/chocolate upstairs and enjoy it on the balcony.More

Pretty cute spot in the middle of town, had a warming hot chocolate with a slice of banana cake. I would recommend sitting outside on the second floor, pretty cool views while your enjoying your coffee, or hot chocolate.
My husband and I stopped here for snack. I had the iced coffee which was just alright. My husband had the veggie quiche and a caramel frappuccino. The frappuccino was wonderful and my husband really enjoyed it but the quiche was good but to salty....Your order downstairs and then go upstairs and wait for your order. The place has a wonderful cozy feel to it and all in all is really a good stop to check out.More

Located in the heart of downtown Boquete with a cute sitting area upstairs and outdoor patio, The Perfect Pair did not disappoint! They have all kinds of coffees and rich hot chocolate to offer you. We got some lemon pie and it was really great…...And all the desserts and chocolates looked amazing. When I got my hot chocolate, it came with a spoon made out of chocolate… So as you stir your drink chocolate melts into your delicious cup! It’s even puppy friendly for the dog lovers out there! We look forward to going back soon!More
We took the chocolate making class and realized it looked a lot easier than it really was. Jessica gave us a good explanation of the chocolates bean and the process of making chocolate. We enjoyed the class. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Next...trip to Boquete we will stop in to stock up again.More

Oh yum yum, if, like me you love great coffee and quality chocolate, then this cafe is definitely worth a visit. Hubby had a cup of their to-die-for hot chocolate, I managed to resist and had a cup of coffee and a slab of one...of their gorgeous cakes. There are comfy seats and sofas upstairs, and it’s just a great place to relax and chill. They also sell handmade chocolates and chocolate bars. If time had permitted I would have loved to have booked in for one of their chocolate making classes.More
