My wife and I stopped at RT in Alor Setar for a lunch on our way to Thailand. The owner recommended the Stingray laksa and fried chicken. Both dishes are fabulous. Especially I could not stop eating from the Stingray Asem Laksa dish. So delicious....I was told that RT has many other wonderful dishes. Based on the good reviews, we decided to pay a visit. The place was not crowded and there was sufficient parking. The restaurant was very clean. There doesn't seem to be a menu but they will tell you verbally what they have. We ordered salted...egg yolk sotong, qinglong with salted fish, steamed fish, asam prawns and nutmeg juice. The asam prawns were really very good. Even if you normally avoid prawns because of the shells, the flesh comes out easily. The nutmeg juice is special. There is a good multiracial crowd. Good food, good service and easy to find. Parking is easy and available too. The price charged is quite reasonable, considering the quality food that you get.

located in an old rukun tetangga it has a good makeover.. food is good and it's a very clean restaurant.. however it's a bit costly compared to other restaurants in alor setar..

Nice place to have lunch and dinner. There is a parking space beside the restaurant. I prefer to sit inside the restaurant because of air-conditioned. It has VIP room as well. Need to go early or do a booking to avoid sitting outside the restaurant...which is very humid. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. She will recommend and suggest the dishes to you if you didn't have an idea what to order. She also has experience doing cathering or any functions.More

This is best Chinese food in Alor Setar!! The Asam prawn and fried chicken is so delicious 👍 I visited this restaurant during most of my visit in Alor Setar. Good service and friendly boss. The local drink is healthy and delicious

Is a Chinese restaurant with Aircond, taste good and service is good as well . There is 1 private room for 1 big table . There is also parking space next to the restaurant. Overall is good, no complaint.

It has been awhile since I had perfect dishes from a restaurant. Will definitely encourage everyone to try...this restaurant. Don't miss out the Tom yam seafood soup! The foods are nice and delicious but pricey a bit. The location also a bit remote inside and not easy to find for first timer. Small and homely shop. Serving mainly chinese cuisines. Must try dishes are prawan and asam pedas. The vegetables are tasty...and fresh. Always tell less salt as the cook is a bit generous in putting more salt in food. Enjoy your food👍More
