We had just a short wait before being seated. The restaurant is noisy and bustling. Food was excellent, particularly the Banh Xeo, and Caramelized pork and shrimp. The Sauteed Morning Glory with Garlic is also worth trying.
We had a private cooking class at this wonderful restaurant. The class was outstanding. The restaurant is spotless and the food is delicious. This restaurant was chosen as part of our Insiders Journey tour and was exceptional

Apologies for the late reply Linda. We do indeed still run cooking classes but from our new purpoise-built facility at Vy's Market Restaurant & Cooking School. Please see our website tastevietnam.asia for details.
