We ate at Ziggy’s for a late lunch. The cool upstairs room, offered welcome shade, although there are plenty of tables on outside terraces if you prefer. The staff were very welcoming and the service was great throughout. We ordered mixed meze, followed by a...shepherd’s salad, garlic chicken kebabs and a liver and onion dish. The meze were all good, especially the Ziggy special of marinated cheese, olives and nuts. The bread ‘dipping sauce’ - tasting rather liked a concentrated gazpacho, was delicious. The chicken kebabs were very flavoursome and moist. For me the star of the show was the liver dish. Tender slivers of liver, perfectly cooked and served with a rich onion sauce - no chewing required! Would definitely visit again.More
