On our second I looked online and...read about Dibek. The restaurant has a small entry and look rather fany from the outside. It is not. It is a traditional turkish Restaurant where you eat the trafitional way on the floor. So lovely!! Also the food is amazing. We tried the typical pottery kebaf. Delicious as well as some soup and dessert. I can't remember all names but it was amazingly good!More

Food was overrated and service was awful. Ambiance is fairly nice but I wouldn't go back. One of our entrees was completely wrong and when we asked to have the correct meal it never came. Normally I would just eat what's in front of me...in that case but they had brought a bowl of yogurt with cucumbers which wasn't enough for dinner. Definitely AVOID!!! This is a tourist gimmick. The prices touch sky high. The only positive point about this place is its ambiance. Service is pathetic. I ordered pottery kebab here and they got it in 10 mins. Unlike how it's made in other restaurants, they...already had the pot open and they bluffed that they are opening it right in front of our eyes. we went for the food but were a bit underwhelmed by it. the atmosphere of the building was good and it had a very authentic feel to the place especially sitting on the Turkish cushions on the floor to eat

Normally we heard you have to book this restaurant weeks in advance but as we traveled during this terrible time it was super quiet. The staff were super friendly and very helpful with their recommendations. The food was excellent and displayed local homemade turkish cuisin...at its finest. I would highly recommend anyone coming through Cappadocia to try to come eat here as the food is fantastic, the hospitality amazing, and the atmosphere was very rustic as we were partially inside a cave.More
