We had traditional Japanese meals with pork ramen and seafood tempura. Service was good, friendly and reasonable fast. Wash down with some sake to get a good nights doze

I admit to being a creature of habit, almost to the point of monotony, so almost every time I go to Hachiban Ramen I order the duck noodle soup. But this time, on an impulse, I ordered the roast pork with stir fried vegetables and...noodles in pork bone soup. It was a great change. The vegetables were still crisp and the broth rich and hearty. It came with four slices of roast pork on top and was dressed with pieces of pickled ginger. Highly recommended.More

Hachiban Ramen in the Tesco Lotus shopping mall provides total consistency of product and service, as proved by another visit for lunch today. Two of us both ordered the same thing, the duck breast noodle soup, in a hearty broth with slivers of shiitake mushrooms....Spiced up with a touch of chili oil and pepper, it was a treat. And at only 90 THB a serve, it is good value.More

It has been several months since we have eaten here, so as we were doing weekend shopping at Tesco Lotus, we decided to revisit Hachiban Ramen for a quick lunch. Both of us settled for the noodle soup with duck breast, one of our favourites....The good thing about Hachiban Ramen is its consistently high quality. You know exactly what you are going to get, how it will look and how it will taste. For Baht 98 baht each, plus 20 baht for one bottle of water and two glasses of ice, it was a quick and easy lunch.More

The good thing about Hachiban Ramen is that you know the food and service are consistently good. In the many times I have grabbed a quick lunch here while shopping at Tesco Lotus I have never been disappointed. The wet noodle dishes range between about...80 - 100 baht. My favourite, and the one I invariably choose, is the pork in pork marrow bone broth. I also sometimes enjoy Hachiban Ramen's deep fried gyoza, little dumplings stuffed with savoury pork mince..More

this is a ramen restaurant, but since they make the broth from pork (yup, they told me that, so I do not eat it for a mistake, so caring), i cannot eat the noddle soup. So, I always order the chicken fried noddle, and it...taste very good.More

Hachiban Ramen, a Japanese noodle restaurant, has been given a facelift since the last time I ate here - part of a larger facelift and renovation of the Tesco-Lotus complex in which Hachiban is housed. The consistency of Hachiban is reassuring. When you order you...know exactly what you are going to get. The quality is high and unvarying. My two favourites are the slices of pork fillet and noodles in a pork bone broth, and garnished with slices of pickled ginger, and the duck breast and noodles in a duck soup. But today, Hachiban had a special menu offering Negi Chasumen, sliced pork fillets on dry noodles, garnished with seaweed, picked ginger and chopped green onions. At only 78 baht I thought it was worth a try. It was okay, but next time I will stick to my favourites. Service is friendly and quick. Two of use had our noodles, a small bottle of Heineken, and a bottle of water for 283 baht.More
