To begin, I loved the atmosphere. Sage is well away from the center of Ubud, making the location a tranquil, serene escape from the bustle found near other restaurants. The interior is unique as well; at night, beautiful lanterns hang over the tables, illuminating your meal. The service is also very good - out of the many restaurants in Ubud,... More

The staff, as in most places in Bali, is... More

Good healthy vegan/veg food. Had jackfruit tacos--very good, and teriyaki veggie burger--delicious flavor on the burger, but rather boring white bread that can't stand up to a nice messy burger. Quick service, polite staff. Nice juice/drink menu. Good music. Good internet.

I am not a vegan merely a food as medicine diet.... I tried a few other raw/ vegan places in ubud and Sage comes out too for flavours, decor , service and price. A must try for clean cuisine even if you are usually a carnivore . Well done to Sage.

I love the hula burger here but I take it in a bowl as the bread is white and gets really soggy. If Sage got their bread gluten free or even whole grain it would get 100% from me. The staff are incredibly friendly and many times I park my scooter oddly to come out with a smiling attendee parking... More

So we have been coming here since the opening, but lately the quality have been all over the place, forgetting key ingredients in the food, putting to little or to much filling in the namlette, soft uncrispy fries and specials that are all over the place. This place has so much potential to really be the best vegan restaurant in... More
