I usually never leave reviews but I have too in this case. My family and I were craving sushi and wine and thought to give this place a try. From the outside, it looked very promising and clean. The service was ok. But the minute...they served us wine in a PLASTIC cup, I became weary and ended up drinking only half. The wine was terrible and gave me such a headache right away that it lasted throughout the whole day and night. I ended up having to take Advil in order to sleep. The sushi came out and it was meh. Not impressed at all. Will never return.More

My husband and I visited on 9/5/2021. We couldn't find anything on Open Table. The restaurant wasn't open yet but Peter took the time to make us a reservation for lunch. When 12 rolled around, our table was ready and Peter sat us himself. He...is the most gracious host, very accommodating! Skip was our server and he was attentive and quick. The food always fresh and soooo delicious! We shared 4 rolls and edemame. Peter checked on us several times during our meal to make sure everything was good. We asked him if he could squeeze us in for dinner and he did! Tomina was our server for dinner and again we left completely satisfied! We shared a beef pho and 2 rolls. Best sushi in AC! It is our go to spot when we visit.More

Cheap American take out Chinese food overpriced like fine Asian cuisine. Frozen dumplings, everything tasted like orange chicken and scallops were freezer burned. Didn’t dare eat the seafood in the $28 dish. Full disclosure: we’ve been eating in China town NYC. Didn’t expect the same...qualify but this was $110 of $30 take out cheapness. PASS on this spot!More

Ate there twice during my stay…Couldn’t get enough of the tempura shrimp appetizer. Wish they offered tempura shrimp as a meal. The restaurant is always busy; Every dish that came out of the kitchen looked pipin hot and appetizing. The staff works very hard to...keep up with the busy atmosphere. Our experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. The service was very good and I highly recommend the food. I will definitely go back on my next visit.More

We stayed at Resorts Casino and ate at Eastwinds three times, once for dinner and twice for lunch. For dinner we ordered sushi and a Pad Thai with beef. My husband liked the pad Thai but I felt it was too sweet and with a...paltry amount of beef. The sushi was very good: the Spanish Gunkan was phenomenal with Pacific Northwest salmon lightly house cured topped with guacamole and King Salmon roe, plus caviar. Inside was a surprise of a chunk of chorizo sausage and chorizo oil— creating an explosion of flavors! Then we had a crispy salmon roll with cucumber and pickled jalapeño but they omitted the cracker crumble due to my husband’s celiac disease. I also ordered pan fried veggie dumplings which were interesting with a mix of veggies and mashed potatoes inside. Overall, we were pleased with dinner. Next time we had lunch and only ordered sushi —Spanish Gunkan again, plus salmon avocado roll, spicy tuna roll and their special Rainbow roll. Everything was good except for the Rainbow roll which had paltry amounts of fish and mostly avocado inside, and that was the most expensive roll. Still it was an enjoyable lunch. Third time we had lunch again and server brought a dirty fork and dirty chopsticks which she claimed were not dirty. The tips were greasy and clearly not out of the dishwasher although she argued with me that they were clean. She finally brought disposable chopsticks individually wrapped. We ordered Chinese food this time: beef with broccoli and XO string beans. There was very little beef in the broccoli dish and it was tough — not marinated correctly in baking soda. The broccoli still had sizable thick stalks attached but no knife was provided to cut it. String beans were actually the best item we ordered. All in all, not a good experience.More

Expected much more from the number eight restaurant in Atlantic City on TripAdvisor. Food at my local Chinese fast food restaurant is better. Ambience and decor were nothing special, and not suitable for a special occasion. Service was slow. Waiter had difficulty understanding English. They...wanted to charge three dollars for extra pickle ginger with our sushi. Not a classy place. Would not recommend.More

I don't know. They were all indoors when I went but there is another outdoor restaurant owned by Resorts that is on the beach side of the Boardwalk. I'm sure they have arranged to have tables outdoors somewhere due to... More
