Bloom Cafe is a wonderful stop for an afternoon treat! The cupcakes are great and the complimentary cooling towels are a welcome refreshment from the heat of Siem Reap.

I ate at Bloom Cafe and Training Centre this morning, having some of the most delicious food ever! I decided to have both a chocolate milkshake with one of their cake pops and I was not disappointed. The chocolate milkshake was the perfect thing to cool me down from the heat and the cake pop was so rich and dense.... More

A perfect spot to retreat to and look at all your temple photos. Great service and a great mid-afternoon pick-me-up after a long day exploring ancient Angkor.

I was unsure what to rate this cafe as we found it very hit and miss. We went here twice. The first time we got cupcakes to take away and I really enjoyed them, although my husband didn't like them because they were covered in cream cheese icing which he doesn't like. The second time we ate in, and all... More

High quality coffee, delicious cupcakes and custom cakes, excellent service, wifi, and air conditioning, and a mission to improve lives of people in Cambodia. What's not to like? This is a must-go place in Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, and Cebu.

We ordered a few cupcakes to try out the flavours and all were nice in their own way. Almost TOO pretty to be eaten! Loved the story behind this Cafe/Training Centre and do hop in when you are in Siem Reap!

There is really only 2 reasons to go to Siem Reap, 1. Angkor Wat Temples and 2. Bloom Cafe!! You really shouldn't miss either and I always make sure I don't! I visit Siem Reap 2-3 times a year and always try to fit in at least 1 visit per trip to Bloom....if I'm lucky I can get there twice.... More

The Red Velvet cupcake was awesome at USD $1.5. So, so fluffy and delicate, and the cream cheese topped it all off. To me the coolest thing about BLOOM is their business strategy: they hire only underprivileged local woman and give them top-notch training in baking, cake & card design and English! As I returned to the counter to purchase... More
