Bloom literally has the best cappuccino you will ever have in Siem Reap. Then come absolutely divine cupcakes. I wasn't a cupcake fan until I came to Bloom. My favourite is Orange and Almond. But their selection changes each month. There are GF options too.

We arrived in a swirl of excitement among our three young kids, the oldest of whom as celebrating his sixth birthday. We chose the cakes here as recommended to us. We decided on a selection of cupcakes. The large cakes need to pre ordered! The cakes were all beautifully presented, decorated and yummy. They boxed up our rather large selection... More

I heard about Bloom, formerly known as Blossom, from Lonely Planet. Even though the Tuk tuk driver was unsure on how to find of the location, it was so, so worth the stop. The cupcakes are delicious, the space is charming, and the women work for such a necessary and admirable cause--providing vocational training to other women. I highly recommend... More

Wow! Such a lovely place for such a good reason. Everything they sell is good. If you like nice things: go there. The cupcakes are so tasty and made with love and they do look like. The ice coffee is the best I have had all over Vietnam and Kambodscha. A bit more expensive but it's worth it (quality &... More

Although a bit expensive, this place offers a broad scala of cupcakes, parfait, iced coffee etc. Sadly its not a lunch location (only cupcakes, no other lunch foods), so keep this in mind when visiting. Nice staff, pristine athmosphere, good cakes!

The cupcakes are so beautifully decorated, a masterpiece in their own right. They also taste delicious and the coffee is tasty too.

To visit Cambodia and not to visit Bloom is like missing out on the nations national treasure of Angkor Wat. Stepping out of the craziness of Siem Reap into Bloom Cafe is to step into an oasis of tranquility. The surroundings are exquisite, the coffee magnificent and the cake - oh the cake! Cupcakes bearing handcrafted adornments made by oh... More

This is the place to come for delectable desserts, superb service, and an awesome atmosphere. Bloom is a fair-trade, high quality cafe and training centre, and is absolutely the place to visit while in Siem Reap. There is a wide variety of exquisitely-detailed cupcakes, cakes (for order), teas and coffees at Bloom. The street-side cafe is spacious, large, and very... More
