My wife and I enjoyed a dinner here as part of our honeymoon this week. I had the 6 course vegetarian menu, and my wife had one of the six course omnivorous options (including a frogs legs option!). All courses were simply superb. Beautiful balanced flavours were supported by technical flair. Service was perfect, warm yet unobtrusive. The decor was... More

Very original dishes mixing French and Cambodian savours. Great results as all the dishes we had were really delicious! The atmosphere of the restaurant is remarkable, spacious and traditional, perfect for romantic dinner. Last but not least, across all the restaurants I was lucky enough to try in Asia, I hardly met people as dedicated and nice than at Cuisine... More

The chef was lovely. The menu is limited--there are only two pre-fix menus and you must choose either or leave, I guess. Haha, It was good but maybe a little too pricey for the small portions.

So I will preface this by saying that the menu changes every two weeks so maybe we just got really unlucky. We were here during the week of March 20 and we did the six course tasting menu. The restaurant is good about accommodating food allergies and/or pescatarians. The service was good and the staff were really professional reaching out... More

We had the most wonderful taster menu here at such a reasonable price of $31. It was nice to get a choice of 2 taster menus and when I explained that I would like to swap one course with a course from the other taster menu, the chef came out to see me and explain the dish more to help... More

This restaurant was recommended in a Sunday newspaper article in the UK so we booked online well in advance. The restaurant kept in touch by email to confirm our booking. We were originally booked to eat upstairs where the ventilation is by fan rather than air conditioning but as the was a table in the courtyard we opted to eat... More

My husband and I had dinner at Cusine Wat Damnak while on a tour of Asia. It was one of the best meals that we had. Unique combinaitons -local flare added to sophisticated recipes. Food was excellent. Chef personally greats you when you arrive and was very friendly an accomodating. Very nice touch for a chef with such high world-wide... More

You'll be hard pressed the find a better dining experience in all of Siem Reap than Cuisine Wat Damnak. Tucked away on a quiet, dimly lit street on the far side of the Siem Reap river, the restaurant's unassuming facade hides an unexpectedly special experience. The restaurant is certainly quaint in its simply adorned interiors and reasonably priced tasting menu... More

Booked on what I read here and was not disappointed at all. Great options and flavours. Two of us - we had one of the tasting menus each so we could try many dishes. Lots of great things, each dish was well thought out and presented. Well worth a go. Wine list good and priced well. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful restaurant. We visited for our 10th anniversary. The food is quite incredible. We have travelled all over the world and to be honest, this may be the best meal I have ever had. I am vegetarian and rarely get the opportunity to have a tasting menu. With prior warning, Chef made an unbelievable 6 course tasting menu... More
