I cannot eat gluten for medical reasons and so was excited to hear that this restaurant could cater for gluten free. The staff were friendly and explained that any of their pizzas could be made gluten free for an extra €2, so we ordered one and also a sinple mixed seasonal salad to go with it. The food itself was lovely and all the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. We were disappointed with the drinks choice though - €8 for a 330ml bottle of Estrella Galicia when other (non-gf) beers were €5, and (even when buying food and drink) they refuse to give out tap water as it is "against company policy". Also worth noting that the only water they do offer is €6.50 for 750ml! Such a shame as in 30 degree heat we would have liked to drink some water alongside our meal, but refuse to pay that price.

The place can look intimidating. It looks like it can cost much to go there. WRONG! It has given us the best value for money meals in Split.
We ordered the shared plates, 36-40€ for two (in fact three can share it because the quantity of food served is huge). Loved the grill plate very much. On our first night, we were offered very good Croatian wine by the serving staff. Very, very good red wines.
So if you pass by and wondered if it is expensive to eat here. Do not doubt anymore. It is not! It gives you huge quantity, delicious food and best red wine at affordable prices. Best value for money in Split.

We took a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, considered from the menu for two people, at the price of 31 euros. There were 4 slices of ham, 6 of salami, four pieces of bacon, 6 slices of cheese, two skewers with a cherry tomato and a mozzarella. And finally 4 pieces of pizza bread. Really reduced and ridiculous portion. All good but looked like a cutting board from nouvelle cuisine. We also took a 75ml bottle of water at a price of 6.5 euros!!! At the checkout we were also asked to tip .. Not Recommendation. I understand it's a tourist town but I don't think it's fair to take advantage of people like this.

We went twice in our 3 weeks in Split. Think its strong points are the ambiance and friendly service. It had a varied menu and the food was fine but maybe not memorable. They were able to provide nicely for our gluten free member with strict guidance on no contamination. Her pizza had nice toppings but the crust was marginal. We went a bit early but it was full by our departure so a reservation might be advisable.

We came here for lunch and were confused by it calling itself a BBQ restaurant as they have limited BBQ items but they do have a large pizza menu. Having eaten so much Dalmatian food over the last few days we were in the mood for a change and had pizza. The pizza was great and definitely on par with Italy. One of the pizzas we had was very unique with tuna prosciutto and shrimp as toppings and it was delicious.
We came back here at night for drinks as we noticed how cool the inside looked while we lunched there. At night it has a DJ but is more lounge than club and we had a great time there. The inside is pretty unique looking and definitely worth a visit.

We returned for the second time to this very quaint restaurant in the center of Split. One year later, it is one of the best places to eat in the city centre. High-end meat cooked to perfection, fantastic fried, stratospheric sandwiches. But the real surprise is the pizza, perhaps the best ever eaten in Croatia. Soft and crispy dough at the same time, excellent quality ingredients, perfect cooking. Thanks to the pizza maker who went to school in Italy (Naples?) Surely you won't find anything better. A stop is mandatory if you are in the area.

This restaurant is on west side of Riva and harbor, near the red Venetian style building with courtyard. Very loud with exposed brick walls; lots of high cocktail tables; small area of outside seating; becomes a club at night. Good Neapolitan wood fired pizza with very fresh, pillowy, slightly sweet, and very gluteny dough and fresh cheese. The first night, it was greasy and oily even though we asked for no olive oil. Second and third times, we added smoked mozzarella which added a lot of flavor. The third night was the best pizza – no grease, no oil, and very fresh cheese. The burger was ok but very messy to eat with a drippy sauce. Waiters were two different Tonys.

Unexpectedly and possibly the best meal for our family. The traditional čevape filled with cheese and bacon was the major surprise. The staff were helpful as we have kids with allergies, the meal was absolutely delicious, I shared the Fabrique Plata and the ambience was surprising, in the generously spacious cellar style restaurant. Highly recommend.

On local recommendation we went to eat at this restaurant.
Unbeatable location, pleasant terrace and good atmosphere. This is how this place defines its careful, modern aesthetics and denotes class, especially in its interior.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. Its gastronomic offer is not defined by especially healthy or KM0 food, but to tell the truth, the taste is quite good. The portions are huge and we didn't finish it all.
We opted for a signature grilled square dish with the typical Split sausage accompanied by bread, chicken, potatoes, vegetables, legumes and two types of sauces. A delight.
The presentation is wonderful and the homemade pistachio dessert deserves special mention, because although the cake was somewhat watery, the quality of the fruit was outstanding.

We passed by the day before, it was packed and it looked nice so we decided to give it a try so we made a reservation for the next day. It was four of us and we got table outside in the side street which was great. The service was friendly and unobtrusive. For the appetiser we ordered Fabrique rolls stuffed with “cheese and prosciutto with “Urnebes” sauce and Fabrique meat spread with baby beef served on toasted bread - both appetisers came with four pieces so all of us could try them. As main we ordered Leskovac plate for two persons which was with appetisers more than enough for four of us! The portions were really generous, the food was delicious and it was great value for the money.

We ate burgers - the fish burger was excellent as were the beef , service was friendly and the ambiance great . We actually returned the follow night as we enjoyed our experience so much
On the second night we ordered pizzas - really delicious definitely recommend when in Split

This place was recommended to me as I was looking for recommendations from locals in a Facebook group.
We were celebrating a birthday.
It did not disappoint!
Food was great, service as well.
We loved the atmosphere and the music, mix of English and then lots of Croatian as well!
Looking forward to visiting again when in Croatia.
Bonus for being able to park just across the street.

The menu had some gluten free options, which were marked with GF sign, I almost missed the bit on the pizzas section saying you can have gluten free pizza base for an extra fee. I ordered one and absolutely loved it, honestly it was the best GF pizza I ever had. They had a really good Posip wine as well. Overall I was really happy with this place and I would definitely recommend it.

Don't miss the opportunity to visit this bar and restaurant. They screen most major sports on the TVs and play music other times. The service is friendly and inside is air-conditioned. The food is also excellent. The burger was one of the best I have ever had and Pork ribs tender and very tasty. Every girls dream is a chees sausage with oven baked bread ... also yummy.
