Surprisingly delightful

A magical experience. Four discerning friends, visiting from Canada — we were blown away by the fabulous service and amazing food. so sophisticated, so beautiful, so welcoming. A night to remember.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would

No wonder this is the number 1 restaurant in Panamá City! It is an experience that cannot be missed. The menu is mind blowing, and includes not only creative bistro style options but also sushi, sashimi, and nigiri. We had the Sinatra roll and the...fois gras and smoked walnuts nigiri: AMAZING! My husband had the short rib, which came with the most delicately sliced and baked potato gratin. My lobster termidor was very tasty but had too much sauce for my taste; nevertheless, I enjoyed it. As it was my husband’s bday, his desert came with a nice sparkler candle. And the cherry on the cake was the outdoors seating.More

Awesome dinner

Great service. And the food is very good. The whole atmosphere and decor is extremely impressive And the cocktails are very good. The lava cake desert is yummy.

Secret restaurant that's more than worth the search

Speak-easy type of entrance

Blink and you might miss it. Azahar is tucked away but once you figure out how to get in, prepare for an amazing dinner and ambience.

Azahar is excellent

Amazing Dinner in Panama

If you have one only one night in Panama, come to Azahar.

I stumbled upon this place by accident and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Eric and the wait staff were incredible. He even made recommendations which I loved. I didn’t event realize they were coming by to refill and clear plates....I can’t wait to come back and bring all of my friends! Thanks for the wonderful experience.More
