Beware of prices!

Stopped in here for a beer on the rooftop patio---ordered 2 bottles of Balboa (12 oz Panamanian beer). Menu price listed as $4. We enjoyed the rooftop patio (basic but great view) but our server was no where to be found. When we wanted to...leave we went 1 floor below to cash out and gave the bartender $10---that should have covered our beers & a tip. But they said our charge was $13 for the beers, claiming each beer was $6 and tax. We stated the menu price was $4 & they just shrugged their shoulders. I have never been to ANY country where a domestic bottle of beer was $6! Our Spanish wasn't good enough to argue our point effectively, so we paid. But again, when we tried to pay they had to text our server (still no where to be found) because she had to log in to the POS (point of sale) system to cash us out. My husband also got a haircut at the barber shop on the first floor which was great---super friendly guy and did a nice job. Unfortunately our bar experience colored our entire experience & I definitely would not return here nor recommend it to others. The atmosphere was also a bit odd---again beautiful view from the rooftop, but other than the barber, staff was not friendly or welcoming.More

Best spot in panama, my friend got a tattoo and everyone was friendly definitely coming here every time I’m in panama

Compadre

Very nice Bar with a beautiful view over the old town and with this amazing skyline behind the sea! The people are smart, Claudia served good drinks, was helpful and did good fotos of us. You can do a hair cut, a new tattoo and...having a drink in the same time. All in one👌🏼😀 We fell in love with this place and the people, Claudia and Phillipe. We can highly recommend this place!More

Nice place but not a restaurant

The place is ok to have a drink but food-wise I would not recommend it. It is just average nothing more than that...Like I said I would be back for a drink on the rooftop

Best place for a cut or some new ink

Great place to get a quick cut and trim. Greg is a tremendous barber that really takes care of his clients. If ink is more your thing, I can recommend Mateo upstairs, he's a talented up and coming artist that did a bang up job...on a custom piece with no time to prepare. Great atmosphere with a good vibe. New favorite place in Panama. Thanks again guys!More

Best tattoo shop in Panama City!

I got a spontaneous tattoo (turtle) and it looks amazing ! Professional work and best hospitality! Price range is totally okay and the staff is more than friendly - definitely coming back fo another one !

Gregory Rocked!

Hubby had a great straight razor shave from Gregory. He was very personable, suggested lots of things to do once he found out what we had already done and what we were interested in. Pleasure hanging out with him after the shave and just talking.

I spent a great time with my friends in this spot the Night before to our trip to San Blas good music excelent view cold beers this is a good place to hang out with friends.

Fantastic Find!

This place is a gem! Barbershop, bar, rooftop terrace all in one spot, centrally located! Get a haircut from Gregory. He’s the best!

Haircut & Tattoo

My boyfriend had a haircut at the barber. The barber has done a perfect job. The haircut was done very well and carefully. Even the shave was done perfect. In the afternoon we both got a tattoo on the first floor. Matteo was very sympathic,...nice and has done two wonderful jobs!!! We are very happy with the tattoos and their hospitality.More

Best kept secret in old town Panama

Want to go to the coolest place with food, barbers, tattoos and drinks? This is the place. Best part is the people are family and welcome you as same. Great view from old town to Panama City from rooftop bar and no commercial vibe but...local place with local friends. Don’t let the barber and tattoo name distract you from stopping by for a drink and a bite.More

Super Expensive Barbershop | Not worth it

Guy who did the haircut is good, no question about it. But there is no way to justify 35 USD price tag for a haircut/shave just because a beer is included ? Service was pretty much the same you could get from a good barber...at a factory fashion barbershop for a 9 USD price tag. I guess I won’t be going to this place no more.More

Place to AVOID

We were told $25 hair cuts with a beer at the door (where they place the pretty girls) the haircut was an hour long and the barbers done a wonderful job on our group of 5. Upon leaving, the price suddenly went up to $41....“Well we did this so..” uh, that wasn’t the agreed upon price. If you tell someone a price, stick to that price. If there’s an up charge, ask the person if they’d like the extra service for a fee. It isn’t that hard to be a decent business. Also, $7 beers and the store next door sells them for $1.50. Unless you enjoy being overcharged by a business, I’d avoid them. Money racket scam.More
