Lovely atmosphere, great friendly service, delicious food with unusual flavours. It was our first time eating Peruvian food. We don’t eat shellfish but had a delicious seabass dish. (And we were happy to find a restaurant away from Casco Viejo.)

Awesome food. Great service. Get the Ceviche sampler and the Tiradito sur. Lager on tap. Waiters are great. Good seating.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate St Valentine's 2023. We liked the food very much, and the Pisco Sours were excellent. It is a good place to celebrate any occasion! Prices are reasonable and service is good.

I did find the recommendation from Trip Advisor, as is usual it did not disappoint me. I ate a ceviche carretillero and Foodsea rice. Unforgettable!

Incredible food. The ceviche and tuna could not have been more fresh. There was so many flavours, but not at all overpowering. Service was excellent and cocktails just topped off the night. Will definitely be back!

I made a reservation at Segundo Muelle because 1. We love Peruvian food and 2. The interwebs had nothing but good things to say about it. Honestly, it was probably the most "meh" meal that we had in Panama City. The Ceviche a los tres...ajíes was quite good and honestly the highlight of the meal. The Tuna Tartare was ... odd. The tuna itself was very good and fresh but they topped it off with a ranch dressing? For mains, we had Risotto con Lomo Saltado and the Spaghetti a la Huancaina con Lomo. The spaghetti sauce honestly tasted like someone took Kraft mac & cheese powder and made the sauce. It had the same color as well. We've had huancaina sauce in many other places and this was definitely not it. The risotto was a bit of the same, it really felt like someone used Kraft cheese powder to cook both of these dishes. The meat also came out well done despite us asking for it medium rare. Service was fine. To be honest, it was the most lukewarm and do the bare minimum service we had received during our week in Panama City. I'm not quite sure what all the hype is about because this was probably the weakest Peruvian food we've had.More

Wow this place really has some amazing dishes the soups are great appetizers as well they have 2 spots and the one is San Francisco has a bigger menu .. great place to dress up and bring a date or clients in for a meeting

We enjoyed our meal at Segundo muelle in San Francisco, Panama. It is a great sport to spend some time out of the noisy city and I definitely want to come back.

We had an outstanding dinner at Segundo Muelle. The food and service were excellent. We had a fried calamari starter which was served with two dipping sauces. The calamari was perfectly seasoned and the sauces were delicious. My husband had a wonderful dish which included...beef with a mushroom sauce and grilled shrimp and pasta in a bechamel sauce. I could not decide what to order so I selected a grilled sea bass and shrimp combination with french fries and a garden salad. I loved it all. The portions were very generous and I brought half of my food back to our airbnb. I wanted to order something exotic but could not decide. Therefore I brought a paper copy of the menu back with me so I can study it and return for another great meal on Saturday, our 39th wedding anniversary. So far, this is our favorite restaurant. We cancelled another reservation so that we can eat here a second time. We are looking forward to another great meal on Saturday, our last night in Panama City. One more thing, this is the first restaurant that we have visited in Panama that offers a retiree discount.More

Great dishes prices a little high but the food is very good and the interior is clean and nice. Nothing special just clean and neat!

We were probably not the usual crowd at Segundo Muelle since we had two babies in tow and went for dinner with 8 others. The staff was quite accomodating even though they were very busy. Upon making the reservation we were warned that they had...an event that night and it would be noisy It did not matter to us and we figured the "children's noise" would not be as noticeable. The service was very good even though we could tell they were stretched thin with the crowd and the food was excellent - just like I remembered from before. We reserved using the website and they promptly established.a conversation thread via FBMessenger. We understand they have a good bar but we did not try any of their mixed drinks. The menu is extensive and authentic (we had a member of our party familiar with Peruvian seafood) everything we tried was rated as good to great.More

This restaurant was recommended by our tour guide as we were being dropped off at our hotel. We reserved using their website and were surprised to get a 25% discount. Needless to say service was great. Food was fantastic! It felt like we were back...in Lima. Their ceviches are mouth watering. We also recommend the causas. Tres leches to cap it off. Would have definitely gone back but it was our last night in Panama.More
