In the front of sea side on Avinida Costa Verde, this is one of my favorite restaurant in Lima. Great seafood experience, great location, very modern style. The only problem: do the reservation on San Valentine! we just got a table as miracle...Everything was fantastic:...from appetizer to cheviche, to the fish. Great list of Peruvian wine.More
20 Minutes after eating the Ceviche, I had to throw up on the toilet. My most expensive food poisoning ever. Informing the staff about it did not even result in a refund of the food or in any other reaction... In general I liked the...view and the atmosphere in the restaurant, but I would not eat raw fish there anymore!More
We had one of the best "cerviche" there on our tour through Peru. Followed by a "lomo saltado" that was just excellent. The buffet by the way looked very good too but we had ordered a la carte. So when we will be the next...time in Lima we will visit the La Trastienda again.More
Staff here were amazing. My son was unfortunately ill and they were brilliant at looking after him and checking he was ok.
What can I say? One of the finest seafood restaurants I have ever visited in more than 60 countries around the world. Everything is perfect and the view is to die for.
1 and a half hour wait for water! Terrible service, staff is very disorganized!!! Two hours wait for someone to take my order. Really poor experience!
this was the first stop on our culinary tour, the beach front atmosphere is lovely, probably perfect for piscos and drinks, but there's a reason it wasn't on the food portion of the itinerary! The lemongrass ginger lemonade was so good though as were the...plantain chips & dip...so chill out here, but maybe spend your $$ dining somewhere else...More
If it's the first time trying peruvian food, this is an amazing place to go. Salmon Tartar was great. Loved the place and will definitely come back when I'm in Lima.
Salmon Tartar and the Mero were excellent!! The view from the 2nd floor is very nice. The cocktails menu is also good.
