Champagne Bar has been a landmark in Hong Kong since the conception of the Grand Hyatt HK which opened in 1989. This bar was inspired by the Art Deco era from the 1920's. Champagne Bar has since been the go-to location in town which offers to widest list of Champagnes by the glass as well as an impressive list of Champagne labels. We had a blast here. Seria was a great host - she did a great job explaining the menu, had amazing banter, enquired about the occasion we were here & even taught us to open champagne bottles with a knife. Word class hospitality, great vibes, I love it here!

Reopening of the champagne bar

Celebrating the birthday of my friends . To surprise her , I ordered the caviar set which comes with two glasses of champagne. The nutty taste of the w3 no.5 caviar is flourished with a sip of champagne . Thanks the mixologist for sharing the story behind the name of champagne Jeeper . The enjoyment of having the Champagnes are enriched with storytelling. Thank you the Champagne Bar team for the heartfelt and attentive service . We are really surprised and amazed by all the arrangements especially the handwritten birthday card with our picture on it . Special thanks to the bar manager Seria for her genuine and enthusiastic hospitality. As a champagne lovers , we are thrilled to see there’s a different varieties of quality champagnes on the list .

Visited the Grand Hyatt Champagne Bar! I was attracted to a song by an artist with such a wonderful voice, and I was happy as if I had come to another space.️ And CARLO staff recommended cocktails and drinks so we could choose what suits our tastes. Nice place for gathering

Great night with friends. Very good ambience and comfy sofas. Friendly and professional staff providing awesome recommendations on drinks. The sparkling shiraz is definitely a special choice and will amaze you! The snack menu has great variety and the gillardeau was super fresh and delicious 👍plus the camembert was perfect with bread and honey !

Not champagne at Champagne Bar

Looks like a martini but actually the “Dirty Apple” . Apple juice and splash of olive juice - as soon as you taste it - just makes so much sense. Drew and Seria were so friendly. Highly recommend this unpretentious and chilled out bar.

An unforgettable day

This was my first time at the champagne bar, and the first time I tried how to open champagne with a knife. The comfortable environment made me feel comfortable and cozy. The service was also very good, especially the enthusiastic Kezia who taught me how to open champagne. The service was very thoughtful and meticulous. I will definitely come again next time!

Fantastic experience

Such a great experience at the Champagne Bar. I just came here to get a drink, but was pleasantly surprised by how social and friendly of the staff. Seria was particularly good, knowledgeable of the wine despite it is famous for its champagne. The staff remember revisits, always a great sigh that they put their hearts into it. Music was fantastic as well.

Fantastic place with good champagne and band

It has been three year (pre COVID) since the last visit. The bar was reopened in Sep 2022, still serving a great variety of champagne selections. In addition, the bands and artists are really professional and I enjoyed the night with them. If you stay in Grand Hyatt, it is the place you won’t want to miss.

Champagne Bar at Hong Kong Grand Hyatt hotel has reopened in September and I was so excited to go. I tried one of their newly created cocktails called Lemon D' Drop and it was amazing. The superior oscietra caviar made it lush the after taste was superb. The service was exceptional and the ambience was very grand.

Spectacular night at the Champagne bar

Very nice spot just to chill with friends. I especially enjoy their 100% Pinot Noir blanc de noir Champagne. They also have nice rotating bands and units for live music which is a nice touch imo.

Jeepers creepers, what a fantatsic bar and team!

Returned to visit Hong Kong after a few years away and was keen to go back to the Champagne Bar. It has always been one of my favourite bars in town and it has reopened with a bang! The service is absolutely fantastic, with Drew, Seria, Rafael and the rest of the team making sure we had two hugely enjoyable nights while I was in town. The selection of champagnes on offer was exciting and impressive - we discovered some real gems (Champagne Jeeper is the winner!) among the usual suspects and was impressed with Drew's knowledge of his adventurous selections! Can't wait to come back and visit the Champagne Bar and its incredible team again soon!
