Outstanding service and delicious food

This was the second time I visited this dining venue within a month. Upon entry, we came across one of the staff Annika who served us last time. She was amiable, gave us a warm welcome and greeted us hospitably. We sat by the window...and enjoyed the great ambience with a spectacular harbor view. The business luncheon menu was fabulous, the dishes were displayed in an awesome manner and the food was incredible and delicious. Special thanks for the impeccable and quality service offered by the team of Ivan, Sasa, Stephen and Max under the leadership of the manager Henry. They were professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful, taking good care of us. We had a wonderful lunch and an unforgettable dining experience.More

A wonderful food experience at Yan Toh Heen

We had a wonderful lunch of Cantonese delicacies at Yan Toh Heen yesterday. The taste, texture, and colours of food are balanced, and each dish is beautifully presented and arranged on carefully selected plates to enhance the appearance. The service of all the staff of...the restaurant is of very high quality, and in particular the team of Annika, Otto, and Henry. Excellent service and fabulous dining experience

We had a fabulous lunch at the restaurant this afternoon. The restaurant is elegantly designed with the concept of jade. The beautiful scenery of the harbor and the Avenue of Stars outside the restaurant created a relaxing atmosphere. The business luncheon menu was great and...we were amazed to find that each of the dishes was delicately presented and the food was delicious. Very good foods and services

I had been there twice and I visited again on 13 Nov to have a dim sum lunch for birthday celebration with my family. Excellent

The quality of food and service of a Michelin-starred restaurant

Wonderful dining experience! Our server, Mr. Henry was very polite and attentive. Whenever a new dish was served, he would briefly introduce the ingredients used and he was always happy to help us. Fine Example of what a Michelin-Starred Chinese Restaurant should be

Services were flawless and thoughtful. The dim sum, the tea, the sauces, the fried frog legs and the roasted chicken were all perfectly cooked. The ambience of the restaurant was classy and warm. Delicious Premier Delicacy dinner menu

Very happy with our experience! My husband and I had the Premier Delicacy dinner menu and they were able to make tweaks for my courses to accommodate my pescatarian diet. Each course is served extremely hot and fresh, they hit the spot just right in...terms of getting our bellies filled, even for courses like abalone and lobster where you expect it to be heavy, they were light and not overpowering, very enjoyable. As I mentioned we are celebrating my husband’s birthday in the booking, they also prepared a cute surprise with polaroid photo taking in the end. I highly recommend anyone to visit Yan Toh Heen!More

A disappointing experience not worth for any Michelle Star

It was my first time visiting this restaurant. When my friends and I arrived at the reception, the receptionist told us that our dresses did not fulfil their requirements. We told the lady that the guy calling us the night before did not tell us...anything about the dress code. However, the lady did not response to our questions and simply ignore us. Suddenly, a man claimed to be the restaurant manager, Henry Wong, came and we though he was coming to solve the problem. To our disappointment, he did not offering any help at all in response to the bad attitude of the receptionist, he was just repeatedly telling us that “our restaurant has dress code!”. The attitude of the restaurant manager was definitely not acceptable from a restaurant of this standard.More

Wonderful experience!!

Nice harbour view and location. Awesome foods and service. The perking duck was really delicious. It came with 6 different sides and 3 sauce that made it unique from other places. I really love matching with the pineapple and plum sauce. Great service by John...and gave me and my family a wonderful experience for father’s day lunch!! Definitely recommend and will visit again!!More

Happy family gathering

We celebrated dragon boat festival and my brother’s birthday. Food has always been amazing here. Peking duck, roast suckling pig and many more scrumptious dishes were not all. We were sitting in the room with the incredible harbour view. Ivan and Ham had taken care...of everything in detail throughout the evening. Their friendly and attentive service exceeded our expectation by far. I also need to thank Henry and Andrew for making the evening one of the most enjoyable family gatherings.
