Food was tasty, cute dim sum but service poor. No tap water only very expensive soft drink. No real time spent with customer to help with order. No personality or friendliness from staff. Expensive meal. Wouldn't visit again.

I visited Yum Cha in TST the first time in 2016, and I've been a customer ever since every time I visit Hong Kong for business. The atmosphere is very relaxed, the staff is friendly and helpful and the food is REALLY good! I'm a...More

I guess part of the attraction is the way the food is presented - we certainly saw a lot of diners taking photos of the creations presented to them. A lack of knowledge on the serving sizes meant we over-ordered, and I thought the staff...More

Highlight has to be the character dim sum buns, however the variety lacks and maybe too many cold dishes on the menu, but still a great place for friends gathering.

Not that delicious and it is quite expensive. Service given was not that good either. Poor service and couldn’t retrieve my reservation too.

The food was cute and fun, but the staff were a bit grumpy towards us. We felt a little unwelcome. I don't know if it's because we were there with our kids, but if you're going to serve balls that puke custard, you probably should...More

This place has a strong following with queue despite being a large restaurant. The menu is very comprehensive with a number of Signature dishes, especially ‘cute’ Dim sum selections. Serving size and quality are consistent and competitive. Good place for lunch with family and friend.

Only go here if you want to take photos of the cute dim sum, but its definitely style over substance. The service is poor and although the restaurant should have been open for another hour, we were asked if we wanted desert in the middle...More
