Heard so much about Yum Cha's cutesy dim sum that I just had to try it for myself. This is the place to go if you are interested in instagram-worthy food. I ordered a couple of dim sum baskets and a dessert. Both were excellent and priced reasonably. The only issue I had were the overly-enthusiastic pesky flies. Note that... More

We stopped by Yum Cha (Central) during our trip to HK and ended up loving the food so much, we came back a second time a day later! Their appetizers are yummy with plenty of fun, wacky and conservative options. The pineapple birds, custard googly-eyed buns and piggy BBQ buns are all a must as they look as good as... More

We went there for a brunch on a weekday during the December Holidays and loved all the dishes. Yum Cha is now one of our favorite restaurants in Hong Kong. After we returned to San Francisco, my son would not want to eat in any dim sum restaurant in SF after he had such awesome food and experience at Yum... More

Visited this delightful dining establishment last week and found the menu to be varied enough - the dim sum was yummy and the wait staff knowledgeable and helpful. Meal was a bit pricier than other dim sum locations but the quality of the food was a notch above average. Will definitely go back!

My customer experience with this restaurant was rather bad, we had dinner there with a group of 16 people. Two of them were there early and ordered 2 happy hour drinks. When we got the bill, we expected to receive 10% discount with HSBC credit card, but we were told that since we ordered 2 happy hour drinks, we were... More

Ok so this place ends up on everyones list thanks to the viral photos and videos of the nai wan bao being sick. I can see why people want to come here. Food looks fun and begs to be played with. The restaurant is far from your typical dim sum place. The decor is stunning, the seats comfy, the tables... More

Dim sum is not cheap. Set lunch for 4 good for 5 girls, portions not small. Dishes are quite good. Tea - tea bags with gojiberries and red dates, that's a amazingly good surprise. Been there 3 times but service is not getting better, more staff are required. Dim sum not bad but those "animal buns" I would say children... More

My and my daughter went here , as she was curious being featured in Instagram on that cute bphot bun with sweet caramel filling, I was just wondering what it is, since we were there on vacation . We came in when it was closed after lunch around 4pm , and went back after 7pm . Food is ok ,... More

Loved, loved, loved this place! Cute dim sum restaurant with lovely fun food. Funky, modern take on dim sum and am sure there will be plenty of copy cats opening up. All of it was fab but the dumplings with faces were great - the custard buns and the BBQ ones. We didn't order the bird in a cage but... More

State-of-the-Art yam cha (tea house) restaurant in Central Hong Kong CDB serving timsums, seafoods and drinks, Shopfront decor: a big truck's frontage with doz of tires and fuel tanks. Chefs corners: visible and close to the customers seating. Soya drinks are organic in taste. Delicacies : 3 cute baby birdies in a cage in pineapple pastry ready to be eaten... More
