It was only an average ice cream in a cone for a horrendously expensive price. I bet no other place in the world charged £6 for a single scoop of ice cream. 一個雪糕球值52港元！然後在門口寫上18元一球.進去才發現原來是給狗狗吃的雪糕. 給人吃的正常雪糕要52元!

Ice cream and gelato is ok but the store only accepts cash! Which is somewhat ridiculous in 2019 and clearly shows that they don’t care about their customers. Hopefully the owners will read this and start putting their customers first by allowing other means of...payment like octopus, credit card, Apple Pay, etc.More

We were lured in by what appeared reasonable prices (18 hkd per scoop), which turned out to be for ‘dog icecream......’. In fact we ended up paying something like 8 euros for a small icecream, plus an extra 1 euro for the fact that one...of the flavours was a ‘premium’ one (how much more premium can it get....). And when trying to pay the HKD 206 (for 3 small ice creams) it emerged that they dont accept credit cards.... making me find an ATM to withdraw cash..... Terrible experience; poor service, mediocre taste, outrageous prices... Avoid avoid avoid....More

It was my second time here and was again very disappointed. The servers didn't want to serve us in the beginning. After asking a couple of times, they finally did. The server gave me a very tiny scoop, when I kindly requested her to add...some more she added the smallest piece you can imagine. That's okay. Until we paid; firstly it's super overpriced, secondly they now invented something like ''luxurious ice'' and added 5$ to my bill, which is not indicated at all when you pick your flavor! I'm writing this feedback especially so people are aware of these rip-off practices. You're better off grabbing an ice cream from the McDonald's next doors.More

On a hot day and after waiting hours in queues for the Peak Tram it seems natural to want an ice cream. But this place is a rip off. We paid the equivalent of £6 for a small cone. Outrageous.

The lady had a very bad attitude toward the customers and even the kids. It’s also over price. She doesn’t even want the business. She should not sell ice cream. I will never go back to that place.

This place serves good but expensive ice cream / gelato options. If you are willing to splurge and want to give it a shot - do try. Could give it a miss though.

Extremely overpriced, the taste is nothing special, staff with rude attitude. Won't be back! Not reccomended...better to get an ice-cream at the supermarket

Was there with my boys. I asked which one is good ? He said ALL So, what is favourite? He said ALL Then my boys want to try, he said you can try ONCE.. WHAT THE HELL !

The Gelato was quite good but a price tag of $68 for 2 small scoops took a bit to swallow. I wondered why it wasn't busy at the time.

not Gino Gelato but tastes very similar to me. It wasn’t even full to the bottom either! Even the ones from home have a lump of chocolate on the end to compensate. Gino must be very, very, rich, to charge almost £10/110HKD for 2 small...ice creams. Only MrDW would pay that for a bit of ice cream. There was only us inside, & 2 more very daft people sitting outside. I was going to say 3 but I won’t count the kid seeing as he didn’t pay, so knew no better.More

Been here on prior visits and enjoyed. This time, one TINY scoop for $62, never again. Gelato shop at Pacific Place food hall is $62 for two generous scoops, avoid Gino.
