Dining here was an absolute pleasure. Staff were attentive but not intrusive, the room and fittings made me feel instantly at ease and relaxed and the food was delicious, beautifully presented and arrived promptly. Of the superior standard one would expect of the Peninsula.

I love the fusion aspect of the Chinese cuisine. The food was great. I had the wine pairing. I was doubtful at the beginning, but it was perfect. The service was not that great. A little bit slow.

We decided to have a real chinese duck lunch at the Spring Moon at The Peninsula. What a happy choice! While tourists were in a cue to have Tea in the lobby of the Peninsula l, we had a most lovely local experience. My husband...More
