Good food and wine with excellent service. Very very enjoyable gathering with good friends for a relaxing lunch there.

Sabatini is the oldest Italian restaurant in Hong Kong. Originally from Rome, it is a well-known secret with high regard. The decor is quaint and cozy. Menu is loyal to the original Roman flavor. Beef carpaccio is fresh and simple. The aroma of Parmesan cheese...is particularly nice. Ravioli Caprese, a staple, is refreshing. The tomato paste is sweet and tasty. Beef cheek is a genuine surprise. The meat is very tender and rich in flavor. Lobster risotto, a signature, is full of umami. The accompanying sauce is the soul. Chocolate trifle is a perfect finish. Service in general is fine but a bit inconsistent. Price is the typical fine dining level.More

This is my fourth time visiting Sabatini Ristorante Italiano, This Four-Star Award Forbes restaurant is excellent. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The environment of the restaurant is also very romandi.

It’s hard not to fall in love with Sabatini, a classy yet cosy ristorante that brings me and wife to the romantic side of Italy. The gastronomic journey satisfies our palate a lot. Starting from the Italian Antipasto that we throughly enjoyed, to the al...dente pasta and the well-grilled, perfectly seasoned lamb chop, to finally the dolce we were always looking forward to (Saint Honoure cake!), we were pampered by the chef. The service is excellent. Very friendly and professional. That is one reason why we always wish to return. We have a delicious dinner at Sabatini Ristorante Italiano. The environment of the restaurant is very romantic. The lighting and the setting of the table are very good for photos. The decoration was also nice.

Service was superb as all staffs were very warm-hearted!! The food was excellent and very delicious! Esp the dessert cart during lunch. We could choose 2 out of it and the mango mille feuille and tiramisu was too good to be true. Everyone very friendly!...The Bread basket and the complimentary coffee with cookie were also good.More

Waiters and waitress were very politely and helpful. They detail introduced each dish clearly. The food were yummy and delicious. Besides they have a good appearance.

Had visited last Sunday with friend, the style of brunch is changed from semi buffet to plated service. The food is nice (except the lobster of first dish) and informed service staff Alvin, he then paid attention and the appetizer in second round looked great...!! Personally like the appetizer and dessert the most, tiramisu and St Honore cake are very delicious and cannot miss. Thanks again for the professional service from Alvin and trainee (a gal). Sabatini is one of my favorite place to visit but recently service is falling off and food some times not consistent. I have to say restaurant is under staff and too many customers same time. Long term clients get 15% off but hotel guest gets...20% off kind of pissed off your frequent clients. Although every staff trying hard but when serving all customer with few staff is hard. Hope management can realize the down trend of quality.More
