Having tried many wanton noodles in HK since young, this one remains my favourite. Even comparing to another famous one next door, this one stands out. I patronise here at least once every time I return to my home town. The whole prawns in the...More

Authentic Hong Kong wanton noodle can be found here with fresh wanton and nice noodle. It came in a small bowl with just wanton and noodle. Doesn’t look appealing but quality of food is good!

This is a very simple place, very desirable for locals and for those who want to try real Hong Kong food. You are lucky if you find somebody speaking English. It is one of those places that are very good if you are in the...More

Compared to Mak's Noodles, just a couple of stores away, the noodles here have better texture and the correct chewiness, the wonton are bigger and tasty, the broth is better. If you want wonton noodles, get them here if you are in the neighborhood.

This place is an institution and have maintained their quality for decades. Noodles have a nice springy-like texture and the prawns in the wonton have a nice crisp crunch to the bite. The broth has a deep complexity that takes this simple dish to the...More

This was my mom's favorite go-to place for wonton noodle when she was still living in Hong Kong. I was glad that we made it there on our last trip to HK. The wonton noodle was done just right, delicious and good quality. Nothing fancy...More

Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighbourhood is where you
will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong
Kong. Not as glamourous or busy as its neighbours Mong
Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma
Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on
their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area
makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in
time. A large part of the neighbourhood draws from the
