Visited this popular roasted meat outlet which was packed all day but the wait was short. Cramped and small outlet serving good roasted duck, goose, char siew , suckling pork. Very authentic and I would recommend to anyone visiting HK.
It is a typical food factory of Hong Kong. The turned over tables are by the minutes. Please be prepare to share tables with strangers. I think it is totally cool with idea of socialising with locals during travelling.

It's not my store so I would suggest that you check it out with the store directly if you are allergic to gluten. They mainly serves meats and rice so I would say no but you better check it out with the chef by calling them
