Our family of three enjoyed being here much! We have visited today (1 Nov) afternoon. The food, the service, the environment are wonderful! The pasta never disappoint us! This time we have tried the orecchiette marinara which looks and tastes good! The signature truffle mushroom...pizza is yummy. My hubby loves the bread they served very much. They have been made out of the pizza oven freshly each time! The crab cakes are yummy and the portion is good enough for three of us! The dressing is matching nicely. Jason, the manager is attentive, experienced, polite and thoughtful. Another male server there in black suit is polite too. We had a wonderful experience today in Olea! We will definitely revisit anytime of the week.More

Located wright in the lobby of the Novotel near the airport, the Olea offers a very pleasant open environment and —at least at Christmas time—a 148 HKD all-you-can-eat salad buffet with many choices. For an additional cost, you could add one of their pastas or...pizzas.More

Having late dinner after activity on Xmast, we chose Olea. The place feel convinient. Service was okay. But the food taste average. Ordered steak the angus sirloin, medium well, was okay but just taste average. No side dish and salad, must order separately for side...dish. Mash potato taste plain, no taste at all just smash the potate with no additional recipe. And i can not finished the steak. My son like pizza very much, and always love any kind of pizza but this time he just ate 3 slices and comments no taste. Salmon grilled was okay, orange just not fresh. And its expensive Seem they still present the old style of fine dine. Will not come for 2nd.More

This has to be the worst steakdinner i have ever had... steak was served cold, ordered rare, got medium. Cauliflower gratin was just served with cream and no flavour... same for the mashed potatoes... didnt even taste of potato, and was clearly microwaved as it...had a dry crust.. we ended up just drinking our wine and went to another place to have something to eat.. worst datenight ever!More

We were rushing and needed to finish dinner in 30 mins. Dory, our wait staff, recommended all the "fast" dishes. She was very friendly and warm. The food was great. The ambience is great for a romantic dinner. The chocolate fondant was yummilicious!

My wife booked the hotel, where we have often dined, for my birthday on 10 September 2017. I ordered my starter from the main menu but after waiting fir 50 minutes and no starter, called the manager. She was excellent, agreed that the wait was...not reasonable and did not charge us for the wine or water. We left and went to another restaurant in Tu ng Chung. We will NEVER go back.More

If you want some good tapas, Olea is the place to go to when you are in tung chung. The restaurant has a nice feel to it. Good is great. Dishes deliver what the menu promises. The chef is consistent with every dish. High ceilings...and enough space between tables helps you relax. The restaurants is mostly not full. However, you might need reservations on weekends. The staff however look harried and irritated every day at all times. Advise to the management: hire staff who will be happy doing their jobMore

I found the Monday night pasta special to be particularly outstanding! The pasta and drinks were excellent at a reasonable price. The portions were just right for those who prefer not to be over-stuffed. The service was very attentive. I had a pleasurable meal that...I shall long remember. I look forward to dining once again at Olea when I return to the Novotel.More

The restaurant looks great and the staff know their job. Our dining experience was rather disappointing : "salmon linguini" was overcooked and dry, pizza was like cardboard. A $ 10 draft beer is more like a bucket. The place has the looks of "fine dining",...but failed to deliver on the night.More

Classy, quiet atmosphere. Serves some great Mediterranean dishes with a good selection of wine. Most times really quiet but on occasions you can get caught out, so book for weekends.

It's an extra pleasure when staying at the Novotel to have Olea on hand as well. This place is always so professional and also welcoming. Lots of space between tables, what a pleasure just to be there and look at the balmy HK evening. The...complimentary starter of bread and oils is always welcome. The best pizza I've tasted in a long while and the Caesar Salad was just right too. Wine always a bit pricey in HK, but the good thing is they have a few half-bottles on the list which are very good value. Looking forward to our next visit next month.More

The specials are usually quite good although the asparagus and mushroom risotto was a bit too heavy for my taste. All of us left more than half, which was a pity ! The warm bread served at the beginning used to be crispier...otherwise no gripes...except that the restaurant was rather empty so no atmosphere! Being a Tung Chung resident gives you a discount during the week!More
