Delicious Italian food in the middle of the WanChai center. Just walking distance behind convention center. Friendly & helpful staff. Nice wine list. Original Italian cook. Was here in 2018, already a nice experience. Glad to see that they keep meeting their set standard nevertheless not the economic times as before. Even if you are looking for a small bite or want to taste different things, they do not mind shared platters. Like this, always room for a dessert! Keep up the excellent work, Divino Team!

If you’re looking for an excellent Italian restaurant to host good company and enjoy a selection of delicious homemade foods. This is the place. I visited with my family, the staff and chef were super welcoming. The food, delicious. And the ambience, calming, yet had a sense of Italy in the bustling city of Hong Kong. We will definitely be visiting again, especially for the tiramisu. It’s not a necessity, it’s a must.

5 of us came for dinner on a Saturday evening. The staff were really engaging, friendly and helpful. We bought some of our own wines and the corkage was reasonable. The staff suggested a number of light sharing plates to start and then we had a mixture of main courses. Everyone was well pleased with the quality and portion sizes of their main courses. The restaurant had a very relaxed atmosphere to it and had the feeling of a typical side street Italian restaurant. A very enjoyable dining experience.

I was there on a Saturday night with another couple, sitting outside. We ordered starters (the Vitello Tonnato was yummy) and Pizza as mains. I went for the Salsiccia e Procini Pizza which was bland and average at best, with very little mozzarella fior di latte. Price: HKD 198 + 10% service charge. The tiramisu we ordered as dessert was a watery cream, a far cry from a real tiramisu. The wine list is large and we went for an Argentinian wine. When the waitress was about to open the bottle, I noticed that it was not the bottle we ordered. She had picked the wrong one from the wine rack... The restaurant was occupied by perhaps 30% but the waiters were very inattentive. To re-order drinks, we had to get up from our table and look for the waiter several times. Some drinks we ordered never came. Overall, this place has seen better days and better service. It is too expensive for the quality and service standard delivered.

We recently had a nice midday meal at DiVino Patio at Causeway Centre in Wanchai. This is a fairly large restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating, something that can be enjoyable now that the weather had turned more favourable in Hong Kong. They also space their tables out nicely, allowing good social distancing and comfortable dining environs during the pandemic. Restaurant opening hours are 12pm to 12am daily and the menu is an expected range of Italian classics. During our recent meal, we ordered from their pizza menu, finding the Four Cheese (w/ figs and walnuts) and the Mamammia pizza with meatballs to both be very good. These were fairly large, leaving us rather full after lunch. Crust was baked nicely, cheese and topping ingredients fresh, resulting in very good pizzas. We'd happily order pizzas from DiVino Patio again after trying them here recently. Have also enjoyed some of their pasta dishes during past visits. Wine list is fair and they make pretty cocktails as well. Note that you can also order from DiVino Patio by way of deliveroo if you are prefer to eat from within the comfort of your area office, home or hotel. They are one of the best options in the Wan Chai area for good Italian food.

Italian restaurants may be aplenty in Hong Kong, but this is one of the very few authentic options. Divino Patio is at Wanchai's commercial area and a perfect place to escape the crowd. Penne Jerome is an instant favorite. Pasta, cooked to prime, al dente texture, coats in a rich, aromatic truffle cream sauce. Service is impeccable and price pretty reasonable. Portion is large for sharing.

One of my regular places for a long time which is unique in Hongkong. Kitchens seems to a bit of a roller coasters but not in this place. Randy and his team in the restaurant stands out, is really accommodating, friendly and professional. With Chef Omar in the kitchen does it make a mark as a "real" Italian. Wanted something light bearing the hot/humid weather in mind. Omar made a seafood pasta with a fresh flavour followed by a salmon that was an explosion of Italian tastes. Only one word OMAR 👏👏👏👏BRAVO! GO THERE!

After been stranded in Hong Kong for 4 months due to travel restrictions, I have tried so many different restaurants during lunchtime. So far, Divino has been my favorite. I enjoy their outdoor area which has a pleasant view. Their lunch menu offers high-quality food for about 160 HKD. This includes 3 courses which I find to be a great value. The service is outstanding. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is now my daily lunch spot, especially since their set menu changes weekly. They have a happy hour and a cigar menu for tobacco lovers like myself. Don’t miss out, it is a great place to eat and enjoy an afternoon.

A staff at this restaurant rest assured us to enjoy our get together dinner at this day. Adele recommend us a nice bottle of Ridolfi Brunello red wine, and some signature foods like papardelle pasta, Parma ham Reserva, chicken breast, veal melanese.... they are all super delicious... my friends enjoy it and they love the place too. All the staff are friendly and attentive. We will surely be back and strongly recommend this restaurant.

...as this place is amazing: superb parmigiana pizza and beef carpaccio too. I’ve had so many amazing pizzas in HK but this one I had is right up there with the very best. Parmigiana is one of my favourite dishes anyway so whenever I see it offered on a pizza it is like a dream come true! Lovely spot too and very good service.

This was our first visit to Hong Kong and we stumbled across this lovely restaurant and along with the amazing reviews on trip advisor decided to give it a try. The restaurant was set in a small centre along with some other eateries away from the busy streets and crowds, making it quite relaxing and had a lovely modern look and feel to it along with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were more than happy to help and were very friendly and polite - Arnold was especially lovely and had a lovely talk with us about Hong Kong. The food we had was delicious! I had a pizza and my partner had a calzone that was full to the edges, we couldn’t have asked for more. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would not hesitate go back for another visit if we are ever in Hong Kong again.

Had the Lamb Shank which was to die for. So tender that the meat was falling of the bone. One of the best I've had so far. Friend had the Eggplant Parmesan and he nearly started licking the plate. Service was excellent. Manager, Arnold, made sure he checked on us a few times too to ensure we were good. Will definitely come here again with family.

It's a bit of a shame they've stopped the complimentary canapés with happy hour, as its still specified d on their website although the pizza was good that we ordered. Decent service from the staff. Previously they had a very good buffet lunch, was also told this has stopped, due to the virus so it's not their fault.

Don’t bother, absolutely awful, 2hrs to get food!! 4 of 5 eventually got food, 1 did not! !!! Received half the dishes we ordered, in fact the staff cancelled the balance without even telling the table. Absolute farce and demanded full discount. Stay away at all costs.

Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
