This newly opened restaurant is located on Paterson Street, Causeway Bay. It functions as a coffee shop during the day and a bar at night. The wooden furniture design is full of Japanese Harajuku style, and the atmosphere is romantic and elegant, suitable for dates or group gatherings.
Revolving around the theme of vinyl records, classic music from different eras is played with high-quality speakers to inspire moods; the tracks will be recommended and changed from time to time, giving you a new look every time.
Mini German Pork Knuckles – $218
Pieces of golden and crispy authentic German salted pork knuckles. The pork knuckles are crispy and not greasy, full of wheat flavor, the pork is tender and juicy, the honey mustard sauce is sweet and slightly spicy, and the grilled vegetables such as Japanese pumpkin and pickled cabbage balance the greasy texture.

After walking down the street, I saw this newly opened Western restaurant. The lights inside were dim and it felt great. It turned out to be a vinyl music-themed restaurant!
❣️The signature cocktails are all famous, with music as the theme, and are thoughtfully paired with tea-flavored cocktails.
❣️The food portions are generous, even the appetizers are of a certain size and taste good. The lights in the restaurant are dim and there is almost a mood.
🍕Crab Mexican Pancake $118 (recommended)
- Topped with a thick layer of guacamole and topped with fresh crab meat, it’s a bit sweet and rich in taste, and it’s great with the crispy pancake base!
🥗Parma Ham Salad $158
- The same big plate, lots of fresh figs, a variety of crisp salads, plenty of refreshing
- In addition, the parma ham is as chewy as the walnuts

The restaurant occupies a vast area with a vinyl record theme. The experienced chef team carefully selects local high-quality ingredients for the dishes.
There is a DJ Booth playing area in the center of the dining area. The vinyl record player plays classic music from different eras. The tracks will be changed from time to time to stimulate the mood with music, giving diners a new perception every time they come.
The American Grilled Pork Rib Garden Salad uses thick-bodied pork chops from the United States. It is marinated and slowly grilled at low temperature until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. The bones and meat can be separated by gently cutting, and it is dipped in homemade barbecue sauce. The taste is doubled. The accompanying garden salad is also fresh and delicious!
Bowen Crispy Salmon Fillet. Japanese mustard sauce. The salmon fillet is baked using the French Bowen Crisp method. When served, the outside is crispy and the meat is tender. The oil is plump, the fish flavor is strong and the texture is tender. Pair it with Japanese mustard sauce for even more flavor!
