除咗環境靚之餘,食物都好正。一入到去成個夜景擺喺眼前🌃Chef’s 5 Courses Menu $498/pp +10% Special offer: +$68/6 oysters Zeng Umami Trio 賣相非常討好,排列有致。特別帶子刺身,圓潤滑溜,配上魚子醬,美味吸引。油甘魚則配上芒果莎莎,除咗有芒果甜味😚仲有蟹子鮮味。 Sliced M5 Wagyu Sirloin Steak M5和牛切片後,裏面紅卜卜感覺非常嫩滑,外層煎到剛好。紅酒汁味道酸甜,同和牛好合襯,並配上薯蓉以及蔬菜伴碟。 Tiger Prawn & Sakura Spaghetti with Chinese XO Sauce 好創新嘅意粉,意粉熱辣辣,傳來陣陣鮮香。虎蝦肉質結實、彈牙,頗為鮮味。XO醬不會太鹹,帶少許辣味,與櫻花蝦混合,味道濃郁,食唔停🤤 Japanese Cheese Cake with selected Ice-cream 芝士蛋糕感覺輕盈,唔算太膩。口感軟滑綿密。配上彩色果醬以及花瓣伴碟,靚~ 開咗支酒唔記得影相🤣🤣~ard $1000 咁靚嘅環境要飲番支酒😊

V Point望出去嘅美景真係好正,於是今次同朋友特登黎食V Point 30樓呢間Zeng嘅5 Course Dinner。每位$498但有靚景。 🍣Zeng Umami Trio 前菜有Scallops Crudo with Wasabi Mayo and Caviar、Norwegian Salmon Oriental Salad with Salmon Roe 同埋 Hamachi with Mango Salsa and Crab Roe,三款前菜好豐富,食落幾清新同開胃。 🦪Hiroshima Oyster Soup 蠔湯味道非常濃郁,口感亦都非常之creamy,旁邊有薄薄嘅麵包,加落湯一齊食好好味。 🦐Tiger Prawn & Sakura Prawn Spaghetti with Chinese X.O. 銅鑼灣 𝐙𝐞𝐧𝐠 位於V Point 30樓 坐擁270度維港景色,設有室內室外座位,特別鍾意室外嘅梳化位置,望住特大海景,加上柔和陽光,真係幾chill。冬天嚟到,旁邊仲會有一個個暖爐,相當貼心。 𝐙𝐞𝐧𝐠最近推岀左「茶式假期」下午茶,以茶作靈感,製作岀多款口味獨特既鹹甜點。 🍴$498 for 2 Selection of sparkling wine, coffee or Tea + $68 upgrade to a glass of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut N.V. Champagne ♠️ 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐲 ♠️ 🌛龍井煙燻流心蛋伴新鮮黑松露及炸乾瑤柱 🌛茉莉茶漬凍蝦伴青瓜乳酪 🌛波士頓龍蝦檸檬茶凍撻 🌛煙挪威三文魚伴牛油果醬沙沙多士 🌛24個月巴馬火腿捲哈密瓜 齋睇個名就覺得相當特別!鹹點用上茉莉茶、檸檬茶、龍井茶三款茶。 當中波士頓龍蝦檸檬茶凍撻最為耳目一新,一入口就係完完全全檸檬茶嘅味道。當鮮甜彈牙既龍蝦遇上檸檬茶啫喱,酸酸甜甜幾開胃,無想像中咁奇怪。 茉莉茶漬凍蝦既蝦肉同樣彈牙,食落有淡淡既茶香,幾清新。不過呢兩款可能因為用上檸檬茶同茉莉茶既關係,食落比較甜,味道亦相對特別,有小小衝擊味蕾。 龍井煙燻流心蛋流心程度啱啱好,味道同鐵蛋有幾份相似,雖然面頭舖有新鮮黑松露及炸乾瑤柱,但作用就唔太大。 另外,多士相當香脆,巴馬火腿帶鹹香,分別配上煙三文魚伴牛油果醬同哈密瓜,都好難會唔好食。 ♠️ 𝐒𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭 ♠️...🌜傳統英式鬆餅配士多啤梨果醬及牛油忌廉 🌜伯爵茶法式燉蛋慕絲蛋糕 🌜日式烘焙茶芝士蛋糕 🌜綠茶忌廉泡芙 🌜沖繩黑糖珍珠奶茶奶凍 甜點同樣用上多款唔同既茶。 焙茶芝士蛋糕茶味比想像中突岀,質地軟滑,略嫌有小小「漿」。 沖繩黑糖珍珠奶茶奶凍既奶凍幾岀色,軟滑得黎帶茶香。不過珍珠就偏硬,唔太彈牙。黑糖醬加得有啲多,略嫌蓋過奶凍既茶香。 伯爵茶法式燉蛋慕絲蛋糕,入口有濃郁既伯爵茶同朱古力味,食落幾creamy,甜度較高。 綠茶忌廉泡芙就相對失色,茶味偏淡,外皮較軟腍。 Scone濕潤,但質地偏實。士多啤梨果醬就挽回左唔少分數,士多啤梨味突出之餘,味道一啲都唔人工,酸酸甜甜,配scone就岩岩好。 整體嚟講,下午茶味道中規中矩,環境真心無得輸!可以望住大大個維港食afternoon tea,嘆返幾粒鐘,呢個價錢可以接受!More

Such a nice place for celebration. You can enjoy the spectacular views of the Victoria Harbour. The food is overall great, and the service is just phenomenal.

又到聖誕, 限聚令影響, 冇得晚市堂食, 轉食個Brunch嘆下都唔錯! 最近去左呢間位於銅鑼灣V-point 既餐廳, 有180度維港海景, 可以望住個維港食野都真係幾relax~ 我地揀左"Zeng's signature seafood collections", 有六道菜, 首先係頭盤既Acipenser Baerii Caviar (10g), 係細盒魚子醬 配有蛋黃碎、蛋白碎、蔥粒、餅乾, 魚子醬粒粒分明,大小均勻, 餅乾配上魚子醬同蛋絲一齊食唔會好咸, 中和返魚子醬既咸味, 入口甘香鮮味! 第二道菜係Assted Seafood Platter, 有生蠔、蝦、鮑魚、海螺, 生蠔偏細隻, 加左幾粒三文魚籽, 增加多一點鮮味, 中和味道, 入口鮮味! 鮑魚配以日本清酒泡漬, 入口鮮味甘甜, 海螺都爽脆彈牙, 但蝦就有少少偏咸同腥 第三道菜Cold Served Lobster Salad, Yuu Dressing, 龍蝦幾新鮮, 肉質飽滿彈, 而沙律菜加入既蘋果醋,...酸酸甜甜好開胃! 第四道菜Mentaiko spaghetti carbonara, 十分足料, 意粉軟硬量適中, 明太子夾雜著意粉帶有鹹香, 入口啖啖都充斥著醬汁, 好creamy! 黎到主食, 我地分別揀左Roasted Free-range Spring Chicken with Herbed Potato Wedges, 燒春雞皮脆, 不過食落有少少乾, 肉質唔太嫩, 而另外仲揀左"Sliced Australian M5 Wagyu sirloin steak", 澳洲M5和牛西冷切片就幾出色, 5成熟左右, 面層焦香, 內裡粉紅, 咬落肉質軟嫩, 散發出牛香味, 配埋薯蓉一齊食好夾! 甜品係Japanese Cheese cake, 芝士味濃郁, 帶有奶香, 又唔會太甜同膩, 仲入口即溶! 最後送上熱茶, 幫助消化下XD 整體而言, 餐廳服務同景觀都唔錯, 坐位闊落, 食物份量都好足料同新鮮, 作為慶祝之選都唔錯! 另外仲有其他Brunch set, $148起, 都係幾抵食既選擇, 淨係望住個景食野relax下都值啦! 🔸 Zeng's signature seafood collections ($528, +$58 Sliced Australian M5 Wagyu sirloin steak)More

由於禁晚市堂食,晚餐變成午餐。今日和男友一起吃一頓早午餐。 餐廳由三面玻璃組成,陽光從窗戶透進來,光線充足。 也有一處戶外用餐空間,設有韆鞦吊椅,環境很寫意。 早午餐六道菜只需要$528。 ⭐️Acipenser Baerii Caviar(10g) 這個價錢能夠吃到魚子醬實在很划算。 魚子醬色澤光鮮,粒粒分明,大小均勻,完整無損。 餅乾配上蛋黃末、蛋白末和蔥花一起吃,沒有搶走魚子醬的味道,入口沒有太鹹,帶點海水味。 ⭐️Assorted Seafood platter 海鮮拼盤是蠔、蝦、鮑魚和海螺。海鮮十分新鮮。 蠔小小一隻,勝在入口鮮甜帶甘。蝦尺寸迷你,但入口爽口,鮑魚軟嫩甘甜,海螺也很清爽。 ⭐️cold served lobster salad 之後是龍蝦沙律,龍蝦肉質飽滿,雪白的蝦肉入口清爽可口,彈牙的蝦肉令我很滿足! ⭐️mentaiko spaghetti carbonara 明太子意粉也很好吃,醬汁充沛,明太子夾雜著幼滑的意粉,明太子的鹹香加上意粉簡直是完美組合。 ⭐️52 °C slow-cooked salmon 慢煮三文魚,慢煮的三文魚入口比一般的更加柔嫩,嚐一口,似乎已經融化在口腔,魚的鮮味也輕易提出來,味道令人難忘。 ⭐️Sliced Australian M5 Wagyu sirloin steak$58 澳洲和牛西冷切片,大約五成熟,牛肉偏瘦,入口愈嚼愈香,牛味十分突出。 ⭐️Japanese cheese cake 來到最後芝士蛋糕,奶香和芝士的鹹香在口腔中迴盪,結束完美的一頓飯。 ⭐️薄荷茶 最後來一壺熱茶,淡淡的薄荷香氣帶來清新的空氣。 ⭐️ mocha ▫️有不少人在這裡慶祝生日,環境的確適合,菜式也不錯,有機會再光顧。

由於疫情關係,今年和很多好友也很少見面和食飯,但S還是堅持要和我食生日飯, 她揀了在Zeng食它們的Signature Seafood Collections,原價$628, 現在Promotion Price$528一位,非常期待。餐廳位處V-Point 30樓, 寬敞開揚,環境雅緻而富格調,最喜歡它擁有一個無敵靚view大露台,可以和好友一邊享受美食,一邊欣賞美景,呼吸到新鮮空氣真是十分愉快。Acipenser Baerii Caviar(10g)~西伯利亞鱘魚魚子呈黑金色,入口鮮香甘甜,以貝殼湯匙作器皿十分 矜貴。魚子醬配上蛋白碎,蛋黃碎和葱碎放在自家製小圓餅一起吃,咸咸香香,口感豐富又滋味,好正!Assorted Seafood Platter~由蠔,蝦,海螺和鮑魚4款不同的海鮮組成,再配以不同的醬汁醃製,味道甚佳。Fresh Oysters with Salmon Roe and Ponzu Sauce~愛爾蘭生蠔肉質爽滑鮮甜,配上柑橘醬油酸酸的更能提鮮,加上甘鮮的三文魚籽更是雙重美味。Sake Abalone~以日本清酒醃製過的鮑魚口感腍滑,甘香鮮甜,真係好好味呀!Whelk with Wasabi Marinade ~海螺肉質爽脆,以日本芥末醃過少少辣很惹味。Prawn Zuke~蝦雖然不是很大隻,但嫩滑鮮甜,不錯。Cold Served Lobster Salad~龍蝦肉質爽彈,味道鮮甜,還有紫椰菜,火箭菜和牛油果配上柚子汁,非常健康清爽。Mentaiko Spaghetti Carbonara~好喜歡Carbonara 那種creamy, 香滑,蛋味,芝士味mixed在一起的味道和口感,配上明太子,煙肉和菇更是滋味無窮。52°C slow cooked Salmon~由於是慢煮,所以三文魚肉滑多汁,嫩滑柔順,入口即溶,配菜有新鲜車厘茄, 露筍和苜蓿芽,非常健康。Roasted Free-range Spring Chicken~以走地春雞烤焗,肉質滑嫩juicy, 配菜有車厘茄,椰菜仔,菇和薯角,十分滋味。Creme Brulee~焦糖燉蛋表面那層焦糖脆卜卜,好喜歡用匙羹敲碎那層焦糖的感覺,裏面的蛋十分滑溜,呈半流質狀態,最特別是還加入Q彈的糯米糍,真的很美味啊!Japanese Cheese Cake~芝士蛋糕口感柔軟綿滑,芝士味不算太濃郁,所以不會太腻,正!最後嘆埋杯熱檸水真是非常舒服和滿足。
