Very disappointed!! I went to the the Outback Steakhouse in Tung Chung after watching a movie and was really looking forward to a treat, however I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered a Porterhouse steak which very expensive and probably...the worst steak I've ever had. I ordered medium and more than half of it inedible......rare, very tough and very sinuey. I am an Australian expat in Hong Kong and will never be going there again. Very Disappointed.More

Lovely restaurant in city gate, good porter house steak, good and friendly service good ambieance, large restaurant, i shall come back with my friends and family more often

Story time: Stood in line, waited for over 40 minutes for a table… meanwhile there were over 11 empty tables that we counted, more people leaving than entering. Staff were plentiful but unresponsive… full on circus. When questioned, the blunt and frankly rude excuse was...“changing shifts, even if we were able to seat you, we wouldn’t be able to serve you” um… you’re over staffed, have plenty of empty seats, and hungry customers waiting… you don’t need 3 staff to clean one table. DO NOT COME HERE.More

They are obviously short staffed or they have incompetent employees. Ordered using the Outback app, confirmation the order to be ready 12:03-12:08pm Checked in at 12, at 12:15 still no delivery. I called the number and after going through the phone menu and connecting to...curbside they hung up. 12:20 I go inside, told me they’re working on it now. Finally at 12:30 I received my order. The app and email receipt shows order ready at 12:08. Their numbers look like they delivered on time but the customer waited more than 25 minutes past that time.More

Great service as usual. Staff training definitely done right. There is only good things to be said about the ting chung branch. Friendly staff, food served in time, well taken care off. Will be back as usual

Ordered the grilled shrimp caesar salad and the rib eye for us, and mac n cheese for the kids which was a good value for money, but it was the bread I liked the most as usual!

Great Service. “ Yanson” our server was brilliant. Would recommend the Fried Mushroom and the bay back ribs. Garden Pasta and Angel Chicken were also good.

Every time we visit HK citygate we make sure to have lunch at outback because their lunch set menu is delicious and worth every penny.. this time we came late for lunch, i requested for the chicken pasta that they served on lunch time and...the manager allow me to order it. (Thanks) they have very nice and accommodating staff. Worth a visit👍More

Ordered during happy hour as advertised a hamburger meal for 72 dollars , it turned to be a cheap rubbery frozen patties which was also over cooked. There advertising is misleading since they only have angus beef burgers on there normal menu, when complained ,...they pretty much ignored and brushed it off. I honestly didn’t expect from a famous chain steak house to have that cheap quality, if I knew this, I would of had a McDonald’s meal on the lower floor which would of tasted a lot better. I would rate this as the worse burger I had so far in my life.More
