I finally got to try the SOMM degustation menu. Each of the 6 courses was either good or very good. Aka uni French toast was as delicious as always. Foie gras crème brûlée was smooth and flavourful. The sweetness of the dish was nicely balanced...by the acidity of sea buckthorns. Barbecued quail was very good too. However, my favourite dish of the night was grilled octopus. The tentacle was cooked to perfection and was very tender with the ideal level of chewiness. The portions were more than substantial so I was quite full in the end. The service was commendable. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.More

The restaurant is classic and comfy to dine at, surrounded by nice staff that would take care of your dietary restrictions with warm suggestions/alternatives, with amazing dishes in a relax and chill ambiance! The place was accessible through mtr exits with few minutes walk only....A very great place and environment to chill with my girls!  We had a great fresh start with their lovely bakeries, especially delicious crispy croissant lighted by butter and jam, some hams and lobster monaka with a little spice to surprise with. We were awaken by their signature drink of the day, a watermelon-perilla leaf flavoured soda. Next with the aka uni french toast was a highlight which the uni is fresh and creamy, good match with the toast as a balance! 

 Coming after with the main course, the ocean trout was great to warm our bellies with crispy skin topped the tender fish steak. 

The brunch was ended by delightful desserts, pancake with banana, chocolate soufflé and mango passionfruit tart with yuzu sorbet, looking delightful and yummy! The Chocolate Soufflé with Cacao Sorbet was a good suggestion, where the sorbet is very rich in taste to highlight the puffy chocolate soufflé. Not to mention that the drip coffee was just right with the bitterness with a smell of roast. The brunch was very satisfying with reasonable price and portion! We came here for their signature brunch. The atmosphere is wonderful. Staff are all very nice and helpful. They explained the menu to us in detail and ask if any food allergy that they need to be aware of. This is a very thoughtful act....Food came course by course without any rush. Appetisers is a great start for this brunch. We are all amazed with the croissant. I will rate it the bestttt in town. Aka uni French toast is a MUST try if you are a fan of uni. The uni are sooooo fresh. For main course, the trout is pan fried with crispy skin and juicy meat. Yummy!!! The dessert is a highlight of the day. Specially thanks to Terry Lee for his great service and arrangement for today. Solo, on a random Monday at SOMM. One of the benefits of solo dining, is that I have complete freedom to decide what wine to drink. SOMM is absolutely my favourite spot. WINE is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always...delighted with my glass. Moona, the amazing lady in the house (since Amber); Hin & Johnathan, the friendly & attentive young boys; and of course, the gorgeous man King – always do an incredible job.
