Founded by Abel Ortiz Alvarez, a 12-year veteran in the food & beverage business native to Peru, Chullschick is a “Made in Peru” rotisserie concept that’s the first of its kind in Hong Kong. Combining the best Peruvian and French produce with cooking techniques and experience passed down from generation to generation, it is the only restaurant that has received recognition from Promperu in Hong Kong, and Abel aims to bring the most authentic Peruvian casual dining experience possible with his latest venture.

ChullsChick has landed on Graham Street which is famous for street art so you will find crowds of people taking selfies there as it is the new tourist spot.
Chullschick fits right in with the lovely character and art that are also great for selfies.
As well as the lovely outlook, I was there for a reason which was to try the first Peruvian Rotisserie.
You get to choose a side with the chicken and it was a hard choice as there was fries, potato salad, rice, roast sweet potatoes.
[For lunch, you get to choose two sides and a soup is included]
In the end, I settled for the quarter chicken with garlic rice.
It comes with Chullschicken special sauces.
First impressions, I liked the crispy skin while the chicken was tender.
The sauces were great as it was different and full of spices.
I am glad I chose the rice because I like to try rices that are cooked in different ways and here there was a nice garlic fragrance to it.
After reading some online articles on CC, it says that the chicken is marinated in beer for two days.
The chicken croquette had a nice crunchy coating filled with chunky pieces of chicken and I think I tasted some potato in it.
Finished with the avocado cookie sandwich but I felt that the chocolate was too over powering as I couldn't really taste the avocado unless I ate them separately.
It would be good if a plain cookie were used in terms of taste but then the appearance would not look so good in terms of colour.

Highly recommend for its superb service and hospitality. There are several different Peruvian cuisines to choose. The lomo saltado was very rich in flavor and had that authentic taste to the dish. The relaxed ambience in the restaurant makes it a very welcoming experience for everyone. The owner was very kind and attentive. I am glad I found a Peruvian restaurant in Hong Kong. A must have while you stay or live in Hong Kong.

A really simple and straightforward place. Not fancy at all but with kind service and amazing food. Conveniently located in the heart of SoHo.
The ceviche and empanadas were great, as well as the roast chicken with the sides of garlic rice and salad.
Will surely be back!

Chullschick is a small Peruvian Rotisserie on Graham Street near the Staunton Street intersection in the Soho District of Central. This is a rather small, casual place with a few tables, take-away and delivery of simple, decently priced food. Opening hours are 12pm until late Monday to Saturday. They are closed on Sundays.
Recently tried their Peruvian ceviche. Sea bass was fresh, corn, sweet pumpkin, onions and delicious tiger milk made for a good ceviche. This was worth ordering again.
We also tried the Rocoto Chilli Alitas winge (6 pc) that was ok. Wings were cooked well, the sauce was too sweet for us. Lastly, tried the chorizo that was decent on its own. The sauce provided gave the sausage a bit more kick that we enjoyed.
In the end, not a bad meal from Chullschick. We found everything we tried to be pretty good. There are many good places to eat around Soho area, this is one worth considering if you are thinking about where to eat in the area.

ordered the 1/4 polla a la brasa online. It came with lots of sauces but a small portion of chicken- really not enough even for one average person.
Sweet potato ok but really quite small. Wouldn't use again.

Had ordered this via Deliveroo today. Had seen this place a few times but could never go there. Had ordered the half chicken and the taste was just awesome. The spices used were Peruvian I believe and the taste was just so different and refreshing. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Next time we would be coming to the restaurant as we live very close-by on Conduit Road. A definite recommendation and a must try!

Booked a table for lunch, got there and it was packed with queue waiting for takeaway. Were seated after 5 mins. One table customer had been waiting for her food for over 45 mins. She went to inquire very politely and the hostess went and screamed obscenities at the kitchen staff about the delay. When she came to get our order (sandwiches), she told us that all the sandwiches were sold out, so we got up and left. Her attitude to customers and the rest of staff were absymal. Had a 5 star experience at Saffron Persian next door instead, where the host politely ushered us in and sat us down (even though they were also busy), going out of his way to create a table for us and get us refreshed. Two very different experiences in customer service. I know which one i will return to!

We went for lunch with family
The food is very tasty but not oil and not too salty. We have the BBQ set and ceviche. This first time we went here but we like the food and the atmosphere. Chicken is excellent and the ceviche is very good. Plus is the waiter is super nice and thoughtful. A nice experience

The food is amazing. One of the best roast chicken i ever had. Skin is roasted crispy on the outside and the meat is well-marinated and tender on the inside. With the yellow chili sauce, it was the best combination I ever had. The side dishes were great too, with my favorite ones being the garlic rice and the sweet potatoes. The service is also tip-top. Highly recommended. Will visit again.

The quality and taste of the food is amazing! I’ve ordered a catering service 2 years in a row for a junk party and my guests loved it. There are never left overs and the Chullschick team makes everything easier for you in terms of delivery/pick up. Highly recommend!!

We were here last night and I simply loved the food and drinks. The Pisco Sour was superb.The cheese tequenos really impressed me as did the fish empanadas and the quarter chicken and sweet potato accompaniment. The banana flan special dessert was excellent as well. Loved the decor and the ambience. Shall definitely return.

Visited here after reading some good reviews in Trip advisor and chef takes great pleasure in preparing each meal extra ordinarily tasty and presentable. Its perfect mix of flavors, be it the quarter pound chicken, thinly sliced steak and the chimichurri sauce. Loved the experience and would love to visit soon.

Be ready to get a full feast at @chullschickhk for some quality Peruvian cuisine! Overall the food is nice, with wide range of food options, cordial hospitality and absolutely affordable.
Out of the three dishes I ordered, my favourite is Causa de #pescado🐟. It is a seabass tartare with avocado puree and olives – Apart from the beautiful food presentation, the highlight of the dish is the mashed potatoes (those little orange curls)! 🧡It has a creamy texture, and I absolutely love the exotic seasoning with a hint of spiciness.
Also ordered their signature Pollo a la Brasa (half) – The #grilledchicken was quite juicy with an intense flavor of spices, but not very surprising. The homemade garlic rice was ok whilst the baked sweet potatoes are top-notch! The drizzle of #cinnamon (and honey I guess) on top has made all the difference. Yum!!😝
If you’re a burger/sandwich lover, you mustn’t miss out their #smokedpork sandwich. The pork belly itself was flavourful and had a nice fatty aroma, and goes well with the crunchy bread and fresh onions shreds. Never thought that sweet potatoes could be added in a sandwich! Particularly love the Peruvian salsa which elevated the flavours.

(A direct quote from my mate with whom I had lunch today.) Deserved too. Our starters were top quality: ‘tequeños’, a bit like cheese poppers; and simply perfect ceviche. For my main, my pork sandwich was great too: wonderfully tasty, tender meat with plenty of extras in their too. Really friendly staff who were happy to explain and recommend, and VERY generous portions as well. I understand why this place is currently #1 in HK!
