Made us feel so unwelcome. Specially the hostess, was very condescending. I recommend just eat across the food court and save yourself bad attitude from the staff.

Great burgers, tasty and worth the price. Would definitely come again with family, friend or colleagues. Perfect location and friendly staff.

Airports probably are the best place to study globalization: people from all over the world, international shops along with various local products. I use the Hong Kong International airport several times per year, mainly to fly to Europe. Only this year, I found this excellent...Beef & Liberty. I had more than five hours to wait for my flight, and instead of waiting in the company lounge, I have decided to walk around and find a relaxing place to have a drink and snack. I discover it in this bar that serves very good burgers and fresh salads. The Chardonnay from Australia also was perfect, although the wine list is short. The ambiance is enjoyable in a busy airport, and the staff was gracious and helpful. I will return.More

Every year I travel through Hong Kong airport and it's always a disappointing challenge trying to find a healthy gluten free veg meal when all the food vendors- and I've looked at every single menu- is only serving meat/fish meals or with gluten and full...of MSG. Thank god I've discovered this haven, Beef & Liberty with a few delicious offerings meeting my health criteria!! Don't be fooled by the Beef in name, they have plenty for vegetarians too! Salads, avocado toast and more.. I still dream of their yummy brown rice burger, sans the bun which they happily accommodated, served on a bed of beets with sides of melted cheese and salad. The servers are very helpful, warm and friendly and service is prompt so you don't have to worry about missing your flight. I can't say enough good things about this place. Amazing to find such a great restaurant in an airport!! I'll definitely stop in next year.More

Waiting to fly back to Australia, we decided to try this burger restaurant that had been recommended to us. We took advantage of their all day set meal deal that offered a choice of 2 burgers (a felafal or notorious pig), one of their sides...plus a drink for HK$132 + 10% service charge. You need to allow 15 minutes for the meal to arrive however it was very worthwhile. We enjoyed this meal and were very happy with our decision to dine here.More

Beef & Liberty are pretty well known in HK and Shanghai for their Burgers, on my visit here it was the expected level you get from these guys. Bacon and Cheese was really good although the bottom bun was abit smaller than usual so after...a few bites the burgers started falling apart, it was also quite soggy. minor issue but taste trumps it all. It is expensive airport prices but for airport food its darn worthit. Pleas change your Latte glass selection, that glass currently used is just meant for water guys.More

I was stuck at the airport between flights for eleven hours and having looked around the food offerings I decided that Beef & Liberty would do for me especially, that unlike other outlets, there was table service. So for lunch, I opted for the cheese...bacon burger and fries which were totally delicious and the service could not have been more friendly and efficient. I particularly liked the fries served inside a hot enamel mug which I found to be most innovative. Impressed as I was, when some hours later supper was contemplated, I had no hesitation in returning for the cheese burger and fries and received the same excellent level of service. Both visits were extremely pleasant and I would totally recommend Beef & Liberty.More

Cold food, staff didn't seem interested in customers. I ordered an omelette and chips. Omelette was cold, no chips. I politely asked them to add chips and heat up. Waitress wasn't really happy about this and called someone else who grudgingly carried out my request.

Let's start with the service. Seating host was nice, and the friendliness stopped there. Three of the waitresses we dealt with (a Ukrainian or Russian being one of them) were totally uninterested in serving patrons. Unfriendly, and rude. I've not encountered such terrible service in...many years. Now the food. The impossible burger I wanted, was out of stock. So opted for regular impossible cheeseburger. It was simply a bun, the burger, which had zero taste I must add - tasteless cheese (I'm sure the vegan cheese would have been better) - and some caramelized onions. No sauce or anything. No tomatoes, no lettuce, no garnish whatsoever. The food presented on a tin plate, the kind one would expect to have prison slop served on.
