Fish maw 花膠 . the fish maw is thick,soft and collagenic . super delectable !! . . Stir fried beef cube 炒牛柳粒 . the beef is juicy,tender,soft and succulent! . nicely seasoned . . . Grilled cod 燒西京燒 . flaky,soft,moist . sweet and fresh . healthy and yum . . grilled chicken cartilage 燒雞軟骨 . crispy and crunchy . with nice smokey salty flavour! . Yummmmm . . The all you can eat on a Sunday is fun. It’s packed and you order via QR/smartphone and the choice is wide. The food was so so: sashimi was roughly cut and too chewy for us; sushi had poor rice which tasted slightly sour; tempura...was heavy but ok. Recommend lamb chops which were excellent, some speciality sushi like the tofu battleship and the salmon rolls. Durian and yam balls were excellent. Good chicken wings. Drinks and dessert not bad. Good value at around 250 a person.More
