上次去做左The Wave嘅米走雞食雞煲，今日就過黎隔離嘅Mini Friday食西餐🤪 佢哋除左觀塘之外仲有分店喺銅鑼灣同旺角，但淨係得呢間半自助午餐架咋❗️餐廳面積頗大，環境舒適燈光柔和，無論係情侶，一家大細定同朋友仔都好啱過黎聚一聚🥳 Mini Friday has 3 branches, located in CWB, MK and Kwun Tong, however only the one in KT offers the semi buffet lunch menu. The interior is very spacious and the lighting and decor gives off chill vibes, which is suitable...for any occasion. 一坐低就會好體貼咁送上一籃酥脆香口嘅墨西哥脆片同千島醬，即刻拉高曬啲印象分😏 After they’ve led you to your seats, you’ll be given a basket of tortillas with thousand island sauce. It’s a little something that’s enough to make a good impression. 晚市套餐除左主菜亦包田園沙律，是日餐湯同一杯飲料😗 沙律加左胡麻醬同乳酸爆珠，口感好特別，酸甜嘅配搭幾開胃🥗 蘿蔔湯真係第一次飲，每啖都可以食到濃郁嘅蘿蔔味，加埋忌廉就變得更滑順😉 Dinner set includes salad, soup, main and a drink. The salad was topped with sesame dressing and popping bobas, and the flavour was sweet and sour which is very appetising. The radish soup was thick and creamy, and the flavours of radish was pretty heavy. 炭燒紐西蘭頂級牛柳拼龍蝦配黑松露燒汁 $348 Grilled New Zealand Beef Fillet and Lobster with Black Truffle Gravy 紐西蘭牛隻放牧飼養🐮 以食草為主糧，所以脂肪含量比較低，食落無咁油膩之餘可以更特出香濃嘅牛味配上淡淡嘅炭燒香😙 龍蝦有半邊，肉質爽口彈牙，配埋鹹香嘅芝士一齊食鮮味十足🌊 配菜嘅薯蓉加左黑松露醬，口感濃滑可口🥔 The beef fillet had a perfect fat ratio, you could feel the fattiness but it doesn’t get too overwhelming. The lobster was grilled with cheese which makes it more savoury and fresh. The lobster meat was bouncy with hints of seawater taste. The mashed potatoes were flavoured with truffles, which gave off a strong aroma and had a smooth and milky texture. 朱古力布朗尼 +$1 Brownie 依家凡點晚市套餐都可以加一蚊就要埋甜品，咁抵食我又點會錯過呢😎 佢哋嘅布朗尼屬於比較硬嘅質感，食落口感更飽滿😛 裡面有果仁粒粒、而且底部焗到好脆口，層次感豐富🙌🏼 You could also add a dollar if you want a dessert to come with your dinner set. The brownie was very thick and gooey, with chopped nuts inside to give it some crunch. 心太軟配雪糕 $78 Chocolate Lava Cake 外面鬆化嘅朱古力蛋糕包住熱辣辣嘅朱古力溶漿，切開即刻流曬出黎😍 中間嘅醬似係用左黑朱古力，食落帶點回甘🍫 加埋雲呢拿雪糕可以中和濃厚朱古力嘅苦澀味，仲可以營造出冰火交融嘅效果🤤 The outer cake layer was crispy and moist, and the chocolate sauce spilled right out as you cut into it. The vanilla ice cream creates a nice contrast with the hot and slightly bitter dark chocolate.More
