The setting of the restaurant is fantastic, getting a ferry boat out to the brightly-lit floating restaurant. The outside is covered with lights, golden dragons etc that would definitely seem ridiculously touristy to locals. Inside, the touristy theme continues, culminating in a hilarious dressing up...More

The size of the restaurant was impressive with all the gold trimmings and massive dragons but that's about it. Staff were unfriendly and the food was mediocre, One thing I only enjoyed was being able to have a photo of myself dressed in Chinese traditional...More

Ok, so it seems from reading the other reviews that we "missed the boat" (get it?) and went for dinner instead of dim sum. The food here is significantly overpriced and calling it mediocre would be generous. Its the equivalent of cheap takeout Chinese food...More

Went here for dinner on a Monday evening. Nice boat ride going over. Arrived and noticed the restaurant was 3/4 empty. Were asked if we had a reservation and responded negatively. She said we would have to wait 15-20 for a table even though there...More

The dim sum is traditional styles, egg tarts, bbq pork is very thin, a lot of prawns inside the dumplings. The ferry ride is nice, good on sunny days. Decoration is very Chinese 😛😛 and not expensive.

Food was average, extremely greasy, overpriced and apparently contaminated because we caught a pretty bad diarroeha in the place

Went here when visiting the area. A great small boat ride from Aberdeen harbour. It saves the cost of going on a local junk trip round the harbour. Nice decor. We had various dim sums which were good. Price slightly higher than others but it’s...More

Asked for Seafood Fried Rice Bowl It was one shrimp of top of the rice cut in tiny pieces and a tiny pieces of a white fish. I paid extra for the seafood! I was expecting seafood while eating on a boat! I was expecting...More

To look at it, it is bright, over done and extremely Chinese. Well, actually what tourists think Upper class Chinese restaurants should look like and you get what you pay for. Right! But you should go to it to feel how all the other tourists...More

The boat is sort of fun to walk around, but here, we had the very worst meal of our HK visit. Actually, the worst “Chinese” meal we’ve ever had anywhere. It was part of a tour that included a harbor cruise and a ride up...More

This restaurant serves only Chinese food. I think it's Cantonese style. You won't find any curry. But many dishes are only vegetables.

Probably not they serve lots of pork and alcohol. You’d have to order carefully.
