I had my first omakase in my life and it was the most enjoyable dining experience. Not only the food was value for money but also the deco is so romantic. You should go with friends or your loved ones!

Good Japanese fine dining, the Tasting Menu was excellent and beautifully presented. However, the service was quite disappointing : slow and messy, very nice but confused staff, and not announcing properly the dishes, which is the minimum to have for this type of dining.

I’ve dined here several times and enjoyed it very much every time. Food is very delicious with nice presentation. Staff are very friendly, attentive and efficient. That’s why I chose it tonight for Christmas Eve celebration.

近日朋友間大讚的餐廳,莫過於位處銅鑼灣核心地段的Dining at Murasaki。 餐廳的入口處跟另一間餐廳重叠,小心去錯隔離。 入口處的擺設檯,極具心思,空間感強烈,座位組合多變,適合不同的客人。 餐廳走法日Fusion菜路線,分成不同的區域,各自有著獨立的空間,部份更可以靠近避風塘景致,只可惜近年有工程,影響景觀,相信竣工後,風景會更佳。 如果想要私隱度,廂房有獨立洗手間,可說是照顧周到。 開動前,先送上店家自製的合桃包及baugette,而伴碟的黑松露牛油與及煙肉牛油同樣是自家製,香軟幼滑,尤其是煙肉牛油是店方特製,帶有煙肉的碎粒,口感獨特。 Spanish Langoustine 小龍蝦新鮮得似在碟裡爬出來,蝦肉爽彈得來又鮮甜,置面的jelly,是用鰹魚湯做加黑色海鹽製成,再澆上醬汁,慢慢變成艷麗的紫色,跟店名緊緊相扣,難怪是店方名物,好睇又好食。 Seasonal Sashimi (3 kinds) 很有趣的組合,當中最吸睛的一定是中間的北海道海膽,入口即溶的感覺,真是令舌尖好好地享受了一次;金目鯛刺身配上蜜瓜青瓜汁,把魚肉的鮮味增加了甜美; 拖羅他他放上三文魚籽,以鱈魚片墊底,在軟柔的口感中,多了一份脆口。 Matsutake Mushroom 賣相一絕,泥土是麵包混和白面豉及竹炭粉,咬落柔韌有嚼口,實在有趣。 松茸jelly帶有獨特的香氣,加上爆珠珠在口中迸裂的感覺,就顯得更加清新。 Truffle Yuba 誠意度爆燈,用大阪豆乳自家製腐皮作層層叠,在層與層之間加入松露醬與及黑松露片,瀰漫著天然的幽香,在舌尖徘徊的感覺令人回味。 Sustainable Cod Fish 先煎香鱈魚,加入蕃茄熬煮,把鱈魚的鮮味都吊出來,最神來之筆是炸得卜卜脆的魚皮,絕對不能錯過。 Eringi Mushroom Noodles 望落根本是白麵條,完全呃晒,簡單的加入面豉同蔥花,煙韌彈牙,只是略嫌Moro Miso過於重手,有改善的空間。 Japanese Abalone Stone Rice 大家可要小心石鍋,因為早已預熱,鮑魚切片,吃之前注入鮑魚昆布湯,又可以加入海苔、蔥花之類,增添香氣,湯底清甜,用來泡飯一流。 Beef Teppanyaki (US) 牛肉的質素好得沒話說,薄切下只略為煎香,仍保留了肉汁,卷起了蒜片及切得細碎的惹花,入口一陣濃香,相當的吸引。 Murasaki Signature Fried...More
