We had pizzas here as a family - will definitely come back here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the pizza's had the thinnest, crispiest base with delicious topping. Well done!

Slow service despite only being at most 50% full. Strangest seafood pizza we have ever had, weird white sauce, minimal seafood and 4 pieces had barely any topping, just pizza dough. Caesar salad was also lacking, basically lettuce, dressing and chicken, no bacon, croutons etc...Not a cheap meal and poor quality, wouldn't returnMore

The food is good, the service is fast and they have some new summer coolers on the menu. What we loved most was the burata pizza.

A loverly place to eat. This is a reflection on what pizza express used to be in the UK before they cut costs. Great menu with excellent service. Loved it! Wish things could be like this back home.

Great pizza with an ultra thin base. Super tasty and reasonably priced. Quick service and a good variety of food. This was a very pleasant dining experience. Good for children or adults. I would recommend this restaurant for all ages.

Located with in the mall connecting to the hotel. Pizza was delicious so as the pasta. The service was fast with friendly staff. Very nice and comfy restaurant. Clean.

To be honest: we did not expect this high quality of food! The Pizza was almost perfect, the variety of drinks is good and the service (especially Dipi) is almost perfect (e.g. Dipi was honest about the duration of cooking etc.). Maybe the ambience can...be proven a little bit - or you can broaden your offer - because the food is much more than an 'express-style'-food. Thanks for the wonderful food and service. The crust was nothing to write home about, very thin and a bit soggy. The toppings were all very fresh and tasted good. Not the best pizza I've ever had but certainly not anywhere near the worst. Our server was polite and helpful and we...got our food in a reasonable amount of time. We did have to flag her down to get the check but otherwise a decent meal.More

Ordered a quick pizza before my flight home. Cost was $88 aud for 2 average pizzas and coke. Took 50 minutes to get my pizza as they forgot to put in the order . There was no one else in the restaurant. Save your money...and go elsewhere. Pizza base is pita bread not even proper dough. Won’t be going back again . Way over priced and over rated.More

As a Tung Chung local, I visited Pizza Express citigate with a group of seven and unfortunately will not be back. After ordering, the meals took over an hour and then 30 minutes in between (to the extent everyone in the group had already eaten...before the final two members of the group were served). To make matters worse, the final persons dish when it did arrive was cold. Upon giving feedback found the management (Desmond Yiu) to lack the experience necessary to address such a problem. I ate here one afternoon for lunch. Although the prices are high, they had a good promotion for lunch. 79hkd for half a pizza, an appetiser and a Pepsi. The food was delicious, very good pizza. The service was below average. I had to wait...to be seated in an empty restaurant, the staff were too busy setting tables and left me standing outside. The man who took my order didn’t speak, he just nodded his head. The only person to speak to me was the bus boy who kindly got my cheque as no one else had came to my table.More

My family visited the restaurant to get a bite to eat for lunch at this establishment. The supervisor was horrible. He wasn’t responding to our queries and he kept banging on plates and utensils. He was very rude and didn’t accommodate our requests. To make...things worse, he started taking our plates without bothering to ask if we were done with our meals. When I complained about it, he just gave me a blank stare. We had to cancel our follow-up order because he cleaned up all of our plates already. To all tourists, beware of this establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and NEVER set foot in this establishment. Horrible!!!More
