There are not many Spanish restaurants in Tinhau so Rojo is a good option.
Had a few drinks before dinner.
The mocktails were healthy and delicious especially the pineapple banana and lime which is just juice and no added sugars.
For food, there are too many to recommend but I appreciate the vegetarian paella because vegetarians are not left out.
The items I liked were the truffle bikini, scallop carpaccio, Jamon Serrano Toast, paella and now the suckling pig is paired with apple puree!
[bring on the the English roast pork lol]
Will be back soon.

We enjoyed the food and service is good. The paella is nice but portion is too small for what we feel we paid for. The gambas is good and I liked the 4 piece gammon sandwich. We ordered 4 to 5 portions for a total of hk$600 plus.

Half empty on Sunday night. In general a failed imitation of Spanish food. Had the croquettes (truffle but no truffle flavour), lamb (pass although bit salty) and paella (incredibly salty with frozen seafood). House wine were acceptable but unfortunately no happy hour on weekends. Waiters are an unhappy bunch. Surprised this place is still around.

ay dinner having Spanish tapas and signature seafood paella.
We picked garlic prawns, the restaurant used dried garlic slices, taste strong but a bit chewy. Prawns were fresh, sat in a think piece of toast. Dish was nicely set.
Crab cakes with good enough crab, and mixed with flour making a rather thick and steady texture.
Seafood paella with squid ink was declious with good portion of different seafood, well-balanced with the little salty squid ink. The top was a garlic cream sauce, which could mix to the paella. I chose to leave it there. Rather not over garlicky to the seafood.
Churros was freshly fried when ordered, wasn't overly hard or crispy, with 2 small round of icecream.
Overall food was up to standard, nothing disappointed.

A lot to improve. The food is very cheap, and definitely not the ideal place for a nice diner in couple. Otherwise the decoration and the place has a strong potential

This is not an authentic Spanish restaurant :)
They will be closed soon as the wine is not good .
Spanish platter is not the real one .
If you are looking for cheap Spanish food , just go and gather :)
Look at the smile of the waiters and waitresses and you will know what happen next 😏

Give this a try - Squid Ink Paella. Fresh ingredients squid, clams, fish, prawns. Tasty. REAL Sangria! Tapas authentic. Suckling pig moist and crispy.

Had lunch at this new restaurant on a public holiday and the place was pretty deserted (I'd imagine it would be very different on a weekday with the office buildings near by). We were given the usual lunch menu, and when we asked for the dinner menu we were told that some of the items may not be available. Our apprehension was misplaced, as all the dishes we ordered available, and more importantly very delicious. The tapas platter was excellent: crab on the crab toast was fresh and tasty, grilled sardine equally good. The Jamon Serrano and melon was quite good, the Truffle Bikini was tasty (though admittedly a little bland), as was the Seafood Paella, but the star of the show was the ROJO sucking pig, which was cooked to perfection with crispy skin and tender meat. Since we were the only customers for a certain period of time, I suppose we had undivided attention from the chef and the main dishes were especially well done. Dessert was also pretty good. All in all, an excellent dining experience and reasonably good value for money. Our only complaint was the somewhat lackadaisical service - since for certain periods of time we were the only customers the waiters were all doing something else (preparing for the evening?) and we had to seek their attention repeatedly (for little things such refilling drinks etc) - but they were prompt and courteous once we had their attention. This restaurant did not have the flair and fame of the top Spanish restaurants in Hong Kong and is a bit out of the way, but certainly well worth a try if you are in the vicinity.

It is quite decent and the staffs have a great training to give nice service. The cauliflower soup is definitely good. And the grilled salmon is cooked soft as well. It cooks with garlic and lemon. The taste is much wonderful. The sirloin is relatively not good at all. It has a bit bitter i think it might be scorched.

I went there today for lunch with my family. We ordered three set lunch, they were Stuffed Chicken in Prunes and Herb Garlic Sauce, Spaghetti with Creamy Mushroom and Ham, Roast Pork Rib. All served with a salad or daily soup depends on what you want.
Only the pork rib was a bit overdone, both the spaghetti and the chicken were delicious.
The services they provided were good, no matter the waitress or waiter were friendly.
The restaurant is about 30 meters away from the main road, so it is not noisy. The seating there is quite comfortable and the environment is quite good no matter for business or with friends.
I would like to recommend you to try, especially if you are tourist stay nearby hotels.

I have always wanted to go to Fortress Hill East Coast Park since it opened, but there were too many people there earlier. Taking advantage of the fact that many people were traveling recently and there was an industry exhibition, I decided to visit. I first looked for food nearby and found this Spanish restaurant online. Come have lunch.
The lunch set has 9 options, and it also comes with soup, snacks and drinks, which is a great value.
After ordering two meals, I had soup and tapas first.
The Japanese soup is onion soup, which has a rich flavor, and the Japanese appetizer is tuna toast. The tuna is generous and delicious, and the toast is crunchy and not burnt at all. The meal kicks off a wonderful journey
Slow cooked chicken steak burger with cheese sauce $108
The presentation is quite beautiful, the hamburgers are soft and tender, the chicken chops are tender and tasty, and they also come with salads.
Baked large brown mushrooms, wild mushrooms, truffle cream risotto $118
When served, there is a fragrant truffle smell, the large white mushrooms are juicy and thick, the risotto rice with clear grains is evenly coated in the sauce, and the rice has moderate humidity and softness.
For meals, you can choose coffee, tea or Rojo special drink. The clerk said that the special drink is strawberry tea, so I tried it. It was quite a surprise. It was not made with tea bags, but fresh strawberry and strawberry. The sauce, the sweetness of the strawberry, and the richness of the tea were not overshadowed by each other. Later, I heard the diners in the next seat say that the strawberry tea here is a must-order. It seems that they are regular customers.
In addition, the store clerk kept refilling water for us, which was a compliment
It was a very worthwhile and surprising lunch.
