We ordered 6 pizzas and 2 empanadas. After 45 minutes, the staff told us they didn’t have empanadas. We still got no pizzas. We waited another 45 minutes and then the pizzas came. 1,5 hour for 6 pizzas; 3 were cold. Staff didn’t care and...demanded we paid the full price or they would call the police. Absolutely horrible service, they even forgot to take of the empanadas. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a way to screw up your entire night.More

Not really sure about the ratings. We wanted some lunch as we were hungry walking around the city all day. Saw on our maps that we were close to this place and remembered it had good ratings on trip advisor so we decided to go....I wanted beans in a pot with a side salad and my partner wanted something just for himself. The waitress kept trying to make us share even though we were happy to have our own meals as we were hungry. She kept telling us about some mushroom thing that is incredible but we didn’t want that She didn’t listen and instead brought out the beans and the mushroom dish. I really felt like a salad but anyway. She claimed it was amazing but it was quite bland and a small serving size. Because she didn’t listen to us we thought that the kachapuri wasn’t coming out either so we ended up sharing what was supposed to be my meal. Then after we’re finished the kachapuri comes out which was a surprise and my partner didn’t even want it by that stage so he ended up getting takeaway. The beans were good at least. Would be nice if we were listened to about what we wanted and not forced into eating something.More

The warmest place in Tbilisi. Splendid wine and food perfectly seasoned, especially Fantasia deserves a special prize 💓 The service is excellent, heart-warming, mama Vika is the best!

Our first restaurant in Tbilisi. The owner was so kind and helpful that we fell in love directly. We ate based on the recommendation and didn’t get disappointed! Food was delicious and wine was one of the best semi-sweet we’ve had in Georgia.

We went to Palermo restaurant for lunch, because it was recommended by the TripAdvisor and had high ratings. When we got inside a woman in age was the waitress and as we understood she was the owner also. We opened the menu to see what...to order but she straight came to us and said that we don’t need the menu because she will give us the best suggestion. We agreed cause she was behaving very nice to us. Her suggestion was a dish called "fantasy". And the price of this "fantasy" was strange because was varied from 18-26 lari. We asked what is it and she said is the secret but we gonna love it and will get together with this dish half liter home wine plus sauce. We agreed and decided also to order one extra hachapuri which costed 9 lari - that's all we ordered. She brought the food and it was so big disappointment! This "fantasy" was just a plate with salad with fried chips (on one plate) and 2 beef wraps. Everything was disaster except of the small wraps. And in the end we asked for the bill to pay, she brought 53 lari bill instead of 35 lari. We called her to tell us from where is coming this bill because we have ordered only 2 things and she said that in the bill she included extra wine plus extra sauce plus even oil which we asked to add to the salad. When we said that didn’t order this extra things she became angry and started to speak impolitely. We left 40 lari on table and left. It was very very bad experience and totally ruined our day. As a conclusion - not good food, bad attitude to the customers and the desire to take as more money is possible from you by lying.More

Unbelievable experience - before we had settled the owner sat next to us and recommended what we ordered - not in the usual way but in a real pushy manner. Kids had one pizza as 2 would apparently be too many and her reaction my...my vegetarianism was as to be expected - arm waving at me. The dreadful live singer added to the experience.More

Stumbled on this italian restaurant by incident and what a treat. The outside may be a bit too flashy, but here you are still welcomed as a real guest. Lots of italians around and with reason. Great pizza, a warm and family like reception with...great value for money.More

I don't get why this place is considered in the top places for cheap food in Tbilisi. I went there with my girlfriend and a mate. We ordered some Khinkali and coffee. The owner was hardly pushing us to order more dishes, pointing random stuff...on the menu. Can't complain about their khinkali, it was decent. A couple sitting not far from us got a massively surcharged when they got the bill. They tried to get explanation but gave up and payed it. I will never go back there.More
