Nothing is as authentically Lebanese as Bourj Al Hamam, a restaurant known throughout the region for fine Lebanese cuisine. I eat at this restaurant at least 2-3 times a month and they don’t stop to amaze me every time I am there We were a family reunion of 35 guests and the food was exceptional and very delicious. The presentation and quantities very generous The service was outstanding Nour and Mohammad Shehadeh were outstanding and there helpers Ibrahim and Majd tried their best to serve us with courteous and helpful I recommend everyone not to try going to any other Mediterranean restaurant

Always great place to find in. But definitely people are essential to make places great. You feel welcomed and great when yo you get hosted by Muhammad sh7ade. He is a person with the right quality to make you feel you are welcomed while you dine there.

The most beautiful breakfast at Burj Al Hamam restaurant

A more than wonderful restaurant and a very special breakfast. With my experience in most of Amman's restaurants, I have not found anything more delicious and better than eating at Burj Al Hamam Restaurant. The service is very, very high, and the behavior of the staff is very sophisticated. The smile of your employee, Mohammed Al-Hamid, adds a beautiful flavor to your restaurant. My thanks and appreciation to all the staff.

Dinner at Bourj Al Hamam .

We invited our family for dinner to celebrate a special occasion . The food was good but the service was unacceptable and extremely disappointing . We were a table of 28 people and barely had one waiter to serve , clear the dishes and follow up on drinks . The main plates of mix grill were served late despite our reminders . We brought two cakes for the occasion but ended up distributing the cake plates ourselves as one waiter was cutting the cakes and no one from the restaurant to assist in distributing the plates to the invitees . Finally there was an add on to the bill of an item that was supposed to be complimentary. It is worth mentioning that multiple discussions took place with the restaurant management in preparation for the dinner . We were assured of receiving the best service and attention !!!!

The menu was very extensive, the prices are fair. Unfortunately, we were not only put on the table the food we ordered, but four other foods we had not ordered. Due to a lack of explanation and knowledge of the local food, this could not be recognized immediately. The service staff, besides the managers, had no more usual, there was chaos who had ordered what. Employees were fighting among themselves. As a result, service was no longer available. The dishes were not cleared, drinks were not added, there was no offer of a dessert. The payment process took an eternity because the invoice had to be corrected first. With increasing occupancy of the restaurant, the volume became almost unbearable The quality of the food was very good.

Amazing experience during Ramadan

I had the pleasure of dining at Bourj Al Hamam during Ramadan. As I am foreign to Islamic traditions and Izmir, the workers at Bourj (especially Ahmer) were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable dining at the establishment. Additionally, the restaurant did not offer al la carte, and instead had an amazing spread of traditional dishes and specialties in buffet style. I was delighted by all the amazing flavors including the mastaf, kubeh, and desserts, and could not have wished for a better experience. When I visited the Dead Sea, I saw they had another location and was trying to revisit to no success.

Remarkable family lunch

Had an amazing family lunch experience at. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. They provided excellent advice on the kids' items, ensuring our little ones had delicious options to choose from. The ambiance was perfect for a family outing, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were impressed by the attentive service and genuine care shown towards our family. No better place to eat and A+ service

I just had a delicious dinner at Burj Alhamam! My second dinner in two consecutive nights. The food was amazing had Qalayah Bendorah which I saw someone eating while being seated. Nice restaurant ambiance and best service of all places I have been during my week long trip. Attentive staff, kept checking on me to make all my needs are taken care off. Kudos to Mr Mohamed Shehadeh & Mr Mohamed Momani for providing me with excellent service and sound food recommendations. Always anticipating my needs ☺️☺️

We tried this restaurant during our stay at the Intercontinental. Both for having a relaxed informal meal or for joining friends for a slightly more formal setting this place offered an enjoyable experience. The menu has an impressive variety and the staff are genuinely attentive and caring. Highly recommend

What gets better than having your drink refilled without asking and fresh bread whenever you want it! Burj never fails to exceed expectations with their excellent food and service. Today’s review is dedicated to the great Hassan who managed to give the best experience to my friends visiting from out of town. A very patient, friendly, and cheerful person.
