The best restaurant in town.. I have tried many restaurants in city, but disappointment:( unfortunately there are not many options for fresh and quality food.. If you are fresh food follower you have to try it for sure.. Do not waste your time and money...to discover something amazing.. you will not find anyway.. Best restaurant in Bishkek and the best japanese I have been. It seems to be in Japan and food is delicious. There a great variety of Sushi and ramen. Waiters speak english so it is easy to order. This is a must in Bishkek.
We love Furusato. It has been a family favorite since we moved to Bishkek. And now we love it even more as the staff wear masks and the owners clearly take COVID seriously. We feel safe when we dine in and know our take out...food is safe as well. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!!More

This Sushi Chef is the REAL DEAL! Stopped by for lunch and the place was packed, we were lucky to grab two seats at the counter. I was visiting from NYC and was not expecting this guy to throw down this amazing Sushi. This is...a must when in BishkekMore

Not exactly authentic Japanese food but close enough for Bishkek :-) The staff and chef are super nice and the atmosphere is excellent. The menu offers some creative choices. If you are craving Japanese food Furusato might fit the bill !!

I really enjoy Furosato restaurant! The food comes in reasonable portions which tastes absolutely delicious! The price and taste worthy coming back again . I have been visiting the restaurant for about 8 years and its always on top.
I came here for the second time and it's a nice place and very japaneese. Everybody welcome you very kindly and the food is excellent. Specially the variety of suchis. This place was recommended by the owner of la Maison and yes the quality is...almost same in a different atmosphere.More
Great sushi, as well as large selection of other Japanese food. The outside sitting area is nice and cool with water sprinklers. Place is small and tends to get busy, so call ahead or arrive early for dinner. Very friendly service! For Bishkek it's quite...expensive, but we definitely received value for money.More

Don't be fooled by the modest exterior, if you can even find it! Very professional, very authentic, good service, just what you'd expect of a fine Japanese restaurant. We tried the sushi, Shrimp Tempura, and several other classic dishes. Friendly staff, not much English but...not really needed.More
Furusato is an extremely professionally run restaurant - with dollops of heart thrown in for good measure. Service is extraordinary and food is divine. Choose well...there is adequate temptation to get lost in. A MUST DO in Bishkek.
